I was overcharged and dealt with being treated poorly by Alexis.
I tried ordering online at 9:30pm, but they shut down online orders early. I drove to the store, and ordered an 8 piece tender with a KFC bowl and a biscuit. Alexis told me that they only had 6 tenders left 30 minutes before they closed and they would not be making anymore. (Originally thought I ordered nuggets and told me they were out of nuggets, but then switched it to being out of tenders when I said that I ordered tenders).
My order total was only supposed to be a measly ~$10 but ended up being $19.56. I was confused, so I asked Alexis why the prices were much higher than online like it said. I was told “it’s cheaper to order online.” I took my food and drove, but decided to check my order and I’m missing my biscuit, sauces, and receipt (this was to hide the overcharge I was given).
I headed back to the store and asked for my biscuit, sauces and receipt and was reluctantly given them. I checked my receipt and asked why I was charged for TWO 3 piece Al a carte tenders and she rudely said “I told you that you would be charged for this.” (I was NEVER told this).

We ordered our food and after I paid the rude order taker said they only had two hush puppies left after she told me they had four for whatever reason, I’m sure a fast food restaurant should be stocked with items they have on their menu. So after I paid the lady said they had two and did I want something else so I chose to get Mac and cheese for my daughter. We get our food and every single piece of food down to the French fries was old and sopping in grease. I did mention it to a gentleman who said he was a new manager but he proceeded to tell me let’s go talk to Holly, so we went to talk to Holly and off top she had a attitude so I told her everything was old and just full of grease and with a attitude she said well we could make you new but it will be 7 minutes. I told her no it’s fine when after actually sitting down and looking at the food I should have just asked for my $45 back. Read moreThe first interaction with the cashier (who I presumed is the manager) was not a pleasant one. The 1st words that came out of her mouth was we close in 30 minutes, and it was 8:20. The door says 10 pm for closing. I asked her if she was gonna kick me out at 9, and she replied yes the dining room closes at 9pm. I was in there 40 minutes before the close. Things got worse from there. The fries were hard, so I asked an employee to remake them and she said sure it will be 5 minutes. Seconds later Mrs happy as mentioned previously comes out and says "I am not remaking these". I told her she could refund me for my entire meal and then she says I can give you another side but we are out of fries. Straight up lying through her teeth. The chicken nuggets were cold and rubbery. It does not matter how anything else tasted cause at this point. The entire evening at this place was ruined.
