McDonald's — Restaurant in Bowling Green

Got off work at 2:35am which is very close to White Castles. Could have gone there, but decided I wanted McDonald's instead. I hadn't eaten all day and was looking forward to some food. Pull into the drive thru at about 2:58 am and there is car in each lane and a truck in lane 1 behind first car and me behind a car in lane 2. Both first cars order and the truck and I pull up almost simultaneously( it had literally just turned 3am)only to be told that they are closed for cleaning, sorry. I get that being a 24-hour service, you may need to do this from time to time, but it is effing bs to be sitting there waiting to be told as soon as you pull up, sorry, were closed. There is no communication of this here on Google, you can still order online thru the app, and no signage anywhere at the restaurant informing the guest of this closure, nor any cones blocking off the drive thru(and I know you have cones because I've seen them before). That's piss poor customer service and thanks to you, I get to go home with nothing to eat after going all day without eating. For 1, you should not do your cleaning on a weekend night when you know your going to have more guests at later hours then through the week. And 2, if you have cars waiting in the drive thru and you've done nothing to block off said drive through, you should first off, get the drive thru blocked off and take the guest orders who are still in the part thats not blocked off. Very poor service...

Will everything could have been a lot better. No sweetener in either cup of coffee that we ordered and the person that came out and brought us our food to curbside number one before she went to us she went to another customer and allowed that customer to reach out to the tray touching our food as well as her own food. I don't know her from Adam and don't appreciate this and then on top of all of that stuff when she came over with our coffees I said they're not marked and I need to know which one has four Splenda and which one has seven she said we'll take the top off and you can see which one is there because it will be lighter and I told her that Splenda didn't make a color and she said well the cream will and she had a real horrible attitude like she didn't want to be there. McDonald's has become nothing but a dumping ground for people who don't even want to work they just want a freaking paycheck. Not satisfied at all If they aren't going to validate the coupons correctly then why have them The manager voided the drink so now I don't even get the credit for it She wanted me to drive around to purchase the frappe that was left out of my order The line was backed out to Wendy's She argued with me at the window about getting me the frappe Then once she figured out how to ring me up, she told me to pull forward and she would bring my card and frappe to me. NO!, There was no reason to argue with me about getting a frappe to begin with She ran her drive thru times up for $4 We weren't told thank you & and to have a good day, I get it...she was mad- slamming the drive thru window is just a little childish. We spend a lot of money at McDonald's(my 8 grandbabies love it) and I know my one opinion won't matter. But ask yourself why you can't keep employees if your managers are running off...
