Got off work at 2:35am which is very close to White Castles. Could have gone there, but decided I wanted McDonald's instead. I hadn't eaten all day and was looking forward to some food. Pull into the drive thru at about 2:58 am and there is car in each lane and a truck in lane 1 behind first car and me behind a car in lane 2. Both first cars order and the truck and I pull up almost simultaneously( it had literally just turned 3am)only to be told that they are closed for cleaning, sorry. I get that being a 24-hour service, you may need to do this from time to time, but it is effing bs to be sitting there waiting to be told as soon as you pull up, sorry, were closed. There is no communication of this here on Google, you can still order online thru the app, and no signage anywhere at the restaurant informing the guest of this closure, nor any cones blocking off the drive thru(and I know you have cones because I've seen them before). That's piss poor customer service and thanks to you, I get to go home with nothing to eat after going all day without eating. For 1, you should not do your cleaning on a weekend night when you know your going to have more guests at later hours then through the week. And 2, if you have cars waiting in the drive thru and you've done nothing to block off said drive through, you should first off, get the drive thru blocked off and take the guest orders who are still in the part thats not blocked off.
