Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bowling Green

Update; 12/06/18 after some time the waitress that was here is gone who knows what happened but she probably made the wrong person mad enough, now this is an excellent place to pick up a pizza and chill. original review; this is a nice place with good atmosphere mostly overall the one reason I hate this place is the waitress we always get she is she a royal hard butt we've been told that we can only sit in certain places in the establishment also when she comes to the table she'll ask what do you want very rudely also she'll bring our drinks over to the table and slam then on the table knocking one over one time(glad it was only ice) then she when she decides you finally can have your pizza she throws that down on the table to I've seen several other people walk out and leave on her unfortunately I have small children and they need to eat and would think we're not eating at all and get upset or I'd leave on her. Management needs to do something about her or they won't get another dime from my pocket. Otherwise I like the resteraunt and everyone else and It'd be a four star experience but I cannot stand somebody who hate everybody and tries to turn your visit into a bad day so we quit going and had to go all the way to Franklin for pizza hut for awhile because of this hateful old bitty fortunately the Scottsville road location also got wifi which is important to me. If a bad day or a chance to tell someone off is what you want then go here otherwise avoid at all costs or at least ask for Kim to...

Order placed at 6:08. Emailed received from Pizza Hut confirming order and indicating that it would arrive by 6:40. Called store at 6:58 and was advised by the girl that answered the phone to wait 30 more minutes and to call back if not received. Waited another 7 minutes, then called back to speak to a manager. Andrew took the call and indicated that he would refund my money, then he put me on hold. When he came back to the line, he was nasty and asked if I wanted my order cancelled. I asked his name and he said you can have the other manager's name, too. He said her name was Wanda. I told him that I'd be contacting corporate about how I was treated and the fact that the order had not arrived after over an hour. He acted as if he could care less about it and said 'fine'. When asked when my $46 would be refunded, he placed me on hold again, then returned and advised within 72 hours.

After cancelling my order, my family and I headed into town to buy dinner. The delivery driver called to say that she was on her way. I informed her that my order had been cancelled and that I would be contacting corporate tomorrow to report how rude Andrew was to me. The driver responded by saying 'What the hell is going on today?', which led me to believe that there had been issues with other customers as well.

I will never buy from Pizza Hut again. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza place and the pizza was the best. Won't spend my money there anymore and will tell my friends how I was treated by Andrew...

I worked here for a matter of three months it was a good place overall when I started but then things went downhill. A lot of the workers do not go by regulation and a lot of them are late. A lot of the managers also do not do what they are supposed to do as a manager. Some of the workers also constantly messed up on people's orders and yet still manage to have a job and nothing is done about it. Also even though we only get one free meal a day manager still allow workers to walk out with free food constantly that we are technically not supposed to have. Overall this would have been a great job experience but they need better managers and better more respectful servers and workers who actually follow regulations. Also, the managers trade food with other food services such as donut shops in Taco Bell constantly I have witnessed this firsthand and yet they do not get in trouble for it even though it is technically I am pretty sure it is against the law. If not it is still wrong and we were still told not to do things like that we were told not to take free food other than what we were told we could have we were told to wear gloves when we handle food yet half if not almost all of the workers do not wear gloves when making people's Pizza also a lot of the servers or completely rude except for a couple handful that are actually very sweet and deserve to be in a better place...
