I got two tacos and nachos fry . So the nacho fry’s are cold and soggy which honestly every Taco Bell seems to think it’s ok to serve cold fries but I could have gotten over that. I look at my tacos and notice they had lettuce which I didn’t ask for but that wasn’t even the worst part because there was barely any meat on them and everything was cold, soggy and falling apart .. I usually don’t complain but this taco bell has had way too many chances from me. Plus there prices keep going up like why is it $17 for two tacos, fries and a drink. Honestly with how the food was you would expect a 3 year old had made it . They must not give a care in the world to serve people food like I was served tonight . It’s a shame to because I love taco bell .

Looks like a lot of bad reviews for this specific Taco Bell? Here’s another one! Short staffed with 2 on the line and 1 meaning the drive-thru and the GM is hangin out in the office not paying attention to customers at the counter waiting for order to be taken! I had to speak out loud to be heard if there was anyone going to assist me and take my order? The GM took my order with attitude and reluctance to help a customer! Then he walked back to the office and 3 more gentleman came in but the GM did NOT assist these men. The drive-thru work had to both while the GM sat in the back with his feet! Mason is the GM of this Taco Bell? Hope you’re not paying him very much!

I’ve given them benefit of the doubt too many times. I get that a lot of places are struggling to keep staff, but there’s NO EXCUSE for sloppiness and poor customer service. I leave reviews of places here and there to highlight experiences, and rarely leave negative comments, but the picture says it all. It’s not the first time my food has literally been thrown into the bag in a big mess, but this time, it was actually ruined. The taco wasn’t even in the wrap, rather just dumped out in the bag. I was also in line for over 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is absolutely the worst restaurant in Bowling Green. I've only tried to go here twice and both times it was an awful and frustrating experience. The first time was right after they reintroduced their Mexican pizza. So I went there just for that. I waited 30 minutes in line to be told at the speaker they were out with no apologies. I then had to wait for their extremely slow service for the line of cars to move in front of me before I could even leave. An hour of my day wasted! You cannot pull out of line because they have an unnecessary landscape curb blocking anyone from leaving. It's a terrible design. Flash forward to tonight. Wait 20 minutes in line with five cars in front of me. Finally my turn. I'm the last car in line and the guy tells me, "We closed at 8.". It was 8:04. I thought he was joking and even asked if he was. To which he replied, "No ma'am." I said, "I have been waiting in line for 20 minutes. Well before 8 and you're not going to take my order"? I was told no with zero apologies. There were no signs posted in the drive thru alerting people to early closure. Furthermore, Taco Bell is specifically known for being open later than anyone else! But being the last car in line it would have been nice to have been afforded the courtesy of fulfilling the order. Or at the very least some politeness. Not to mention if they weren't so slow it would've been before 8. I left very angry and will never go back to this location again. With as many bad reviews this place has I'm surprised they're...

This place is just the worst. Where do I even start? I get off work at 11:30pm most places are closed around 10:00pm both on google and the doors and windows it says this taco bell is supposed to be open until 1:00am. I showed up at 12:15 one night and waited at the order screen for about 10 minutes with no service. I pull up to the window and it was wide open and a young man came to the window and said "whats up?" And I said "well I was at the order screen for about 10 minutes and nothing" his response was "I know, we are closed due to short staffing" not too sure why he couldnt go make the food...shouldnt be closing early. The NEXT day I place an order at 11:27pm get to the restaurant at 11:52. I said "really? Do yall ever stay open until 1?" And his response was "we are having staffing shortages so we had to close early." So today I put in an order at 10:00pm and had my gf pick it up for me before I left work. When she gets there they tell her they had no rice. Ahhh yes the worlds most finite ingredient. So the basically gave me burritos with just beef. My order was specific to no fiesta strips and to add avocado sauce (45 extra cents each) which each burrito was almost flat as a pancake with a spoonful of beef, fiesta strips, and no other ingredients. You owe me money. Word of advice, if theres someone there to say you cant make food because youre understaffed, you have at least one person there who can make food. This place is run by...

We stopped here on Friday night, June 10, 2016, our way to Lake Rudolph Campground, Indiana. Kind of far off the main road. I parked & went inside to order by myself since we were pulling a camper & wanted to save time by eating on the road.

So I went inside & ordered food for 2 adults & 3 kids at around 9:20 pm. The girl that took my order at the counter was friendly, but our food was not ready til almost 10:00.

They did not seem overly busy. I have no idea what took so long. It looked like they had plenty of people working in the food line. Someone in the food line kept apologizing, but I still have no idea what the problem was.

The guy that ordered behind me was a local & commented that this is the slowest Taco Bell in Bowling Green.

And then when I finally did get our food & get back to the family, we realized we were missing 2 food items. I should've checked for all of our food before I left the lobby. But by this time the lobby was closed & locked. There were a few people still waiting inside for food & a few cars in the drive thru. We decided to cut our losses & drive off without the rest of our order. We had had enough & did not want to give this place any more of our time.

We will not return & do not recommend, unless they make significant...
