I was having a rough morning and my husband told me to stop and get myself a treat so I went to scooters for the first time and left with the biggest smile on my face 😊 I told the guy taking my order it was my first time and he sounded so delighted to help me with my first experience. He told me about the bogo deal and recommended the caramelicious drink, which is wonderful btw, and my son loved his hot chocolate too. So when I get my drinks and hand the lady my card, she said the ticket wasn't there, like it had been paid for already 🥰 I just smiled really big and said thank you so much 😊 this moment really turned my whole morning around. I never understood people who have time to grab coffee before work or bother to pay daily for their coffee instead of making it at home. Scooter's is quick to get you your order so you can get going and it tastes so good it's actually worth it, it's really not a bad price at all. That is beside the fact that their customer service is top tier here. Bac and I think her name is Maria in the mornings, Are the absolute best. They are always so cheery, patient, and nice! I am a bit of a coffee snob! And I was not expecting to like a chain coffee shop. I loathe Starbucks and Dunkin’ etc. but scooter’s happened to be the only coffee shop open near me on a Sunday evening and I needed a lot of drip coffee. The ladies working were SO kind and pleasant and the coffee was GOOD! smooth and flavorful, no bitterness. Pleasant acidity. I’ve never had drip coffee outside my house that I enjoyed this much!
