Wendy's — Restaurant in Bowling Green

I wanted a “Dave’s Cream Soda” as my drink with my meal…Herria(I believe that’s how you spell her name) was VERY RUDE as she told me she had no idea what drink I was talking about and treated me like I was stupid…so when I got to the window and she handed me an orange Fanta, I googled the drink on my phone and showed her what it looked like. I could see the button for the drink through the window so I asked if she could take the Fanta back and give me the Cream Soda that I originally asked for and was told that “I must be talking about somewhere else because they have never had anything like that” She told me with attitude, that she had other orders to get to and if I wanted that drink then I would have to pull up and wait for it. It would have taken 30 seconds to make the drink that I asked for so I don’t know why I would have to pull up and wait for a small drink. This girl is TOO RUDE to be in a drive thru window. Worked there soon as I got started one of fryers alarm went off,when it was time to open drain to filter ,when opened oil went everywhere no seemed to care guy in front window saying need nuggets need Fry's, sandwich maket need little meat, big meat this is the main walk way ,no one cared oil all over ,I'm grill guy responseable for everything dropped ,when the filter was changed and cleaned up the empty fryer had to have oil put back in it which you had to hold a button the on duty manager said she didn't have time , still no one cared guy in front window I need this I nee that same as sandwich maker. Supervisor sweetheart trying to get it together, the only other manger besides Mary Kay is Christine please pray that they can get the help needed it gave me great pleasure to put those who needed to be put in thier place. The new 5$ Biggie Bag is a burger with bacon and cheese of course because -Merica! Also comes with 5 piece chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. Service was accurate fresh and fast, way better than McDonald's that never gets an order right.

Oh, and there was a child around age 10 working with her parent or guardian perhaps (helping out is a more accurate assessment). I thought it was awesome that management allowed the child to be there. Idk why the kid wasn't in school, maybe spring break, maybe take your kid to work day, who knows. I just like seeing kids at work, it teaches them valuable lessons, like a work ethic and the value of a dollar as well as how much time it takes to make a dollar, lessons which are sorely lacking in 2022.

Good job Wendy's, you're going beyond what the other chains are doing and creating a family...
