Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Bowling Green

The store was run down, dirty and dusty, very little parking, single use only bathroom which was dirty and had no paper towels, food was overcooked, french fries which I usually love from Zaxby's had almost no seasoning on half the fries, they were cold, and when I asked for them to be recooked and seasoned they refused and gave me back the same cold fries and a container of seasoning to season my own food which I paid them to cook and season. They explained to me that they don't season all the fries. When I told them every other Zaxby's I go to seasons the fries well they told me that was incorrect and that they're not supposed to do that. The soda was watered down and the machine spit and sputtered air and refused to give ice I had to use a second machine that they had on the counter. The soda machine or ice maker which was attached to it was so loud it felt like I was eating my dinner on an aircraft carrier. Literally the worst Zaxby's experience I have ever had and I will never return to this location and I'll make sure to let everyone in my loop know what a lousy location this is and how poorly it's managed and how poor the customer service and food quality is. This location is a discredit to the franchise which usually has a great quality fast food in my opinion and I love their french fries normally. The chicken tenders are usually spot on also but here they're crunchy, tough, and burnt. This is not at all what I would expect from a Zaxby's along with a $56 bill for the worst food I've eaten in a long time. Take my advice and go to a different location this one is not worth your money or...

Worst fast food experience I've had in years! I ordered at 8:05pm and there were 5 cars in front of me. We sat in line for almost 30 minutes. I was expecting to see them hand a huge order out of the window to one of the cars, but each car took a long time and they handed one or two bags out. I got to the window and gave them my money at 8:44pm (29 minutes later) and my food STILL wasn't ready. It took another 6 minutes to get our food and then when we got the food and drove off it was lukewarm at best. Nothing in either order was hot, so they weren't even waiting on anything!!! There were 3 people visible in the back and 3 more at the front counter. They weren't overwhelmed with customers or anything. The people working there had no sense of urgency and we're just laughing and having a good ole Time. If they had moved any slower you would have to check them fora pulse. And this wasn't teenagers. The ages ranged from teenager all the way to gray hair with some in between. I will NEVER go back to this location, even though I like Zaxby's. There's Chick-fil-A right down the road and I've gotten in line there with over a dozen cars in line and had my food in 4 minutes....

Gave this place 3 stars overall due to the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floor was basically covered in the invisible layer of grease so if you have trouble walking or standing, I'd use the drive thru. Also, the counter where your order is taken was covered with ants, so not sure if they were escaping the rain or around the ice cream machine that's next to the counter. We are from the west coast, so no Zaxbys and we googled Zaxby and the navigation took us here but there is one newer looking one that I saw but for some reason it did not come up. As for the food, it was ok I guess. I had wings (real ones, not the stupid nuggets they call wings) and chicken strips and fries to try the menu out. I thought the wings were on the small side so if you just want wings, I'd go to a wing place. Chicken strips were good and I had some of the sauce (can't remember which one). I received a piece of dry and stale tasting toast also, so not sure if it's supposed to be that way, but I tried it. My lady had a chicken sandwich and said it was good, but still can't beat...
