I’m leaving a review on behalf of my mother. She went in to get my pick up order & was not EVER greeted or acknowledged by any of the 4+ employees that were working. No one said thank you, or told her to have a nice day after leaving. When it was her turn in line, the employee (who she thought might have been a manger) didn’t even ask her what she needed. He just looked at her & said NOTHING. Horrible customer service, absolutely unacceptable & most of all, disrespectful. That’s actually pretty sad considering the location hasn’t been open very long. My grand daughter and I loved to share these cookies! They came out perfect and are worth every penny. She wanted to go here because she saw it on TikTok and they don’t have them near my home so we went in to order and as soon as we walked in the best way to describe it is to say this is what happiness smells like. The people were so nice and ordering and payments made everything quick, easy. They had our order finished and in our hands in about half the time they said, so I was happy about that too. I have to admit I was skeptical when my 11 year old told me about this place but I have to agree with her these are the absolute best cookies I have ever had!! They are huge so the price is fair in my eyes. I wish they had more flavors to choose from but maybe that will come with time and favor. I got a 4 pack which was less than 20 of the larger size. We got 2 fried ice cream and 2 chocolate chip, the fried ice cream was my absolute favorite!!! I will absolutely be coming back to this place and I sincerely hope they expand!!!
