Our first visit and, unfortunately, it held up to previous reviews. Food is delicious and the Halloween decorations are quite creative. However, our waiter was the bartender and he was MUCH more interested in what he and a pair of guys at the bar were looking at on their cellphones and the two young women on the opposite side of the bar. Two tables were done with their meals and literally had to tell him they're waiting for their check. It should have been "a sign", as we sat patiently waiting for him to (finally) take our order. Our food arrived fairly quickly, but once again we were ignored...even though he walked past our table, several times, serving beverages to a small group who had recently arrived. When we were finished eating, we waited, again, as he was now focused on eating pizza, that another waiter had brought to the bar. Not once did our waiter stop by to see if we were enjoying our food or if we would like our nearly empty beverages refilled! When the food was bought out, minus silverware, for a neighboring two-top, I drew the server's attention and asked if I could have a refill of my beverage and our check. The other waiter came over(!) and asked what we needed, as our initial waiter was still focused on eating pizza, instead of his customers! The refill arrived with the check and, needless to say, I didn't let him leave, as I placed the credit card in with the check. I generously gave the "Service" two stars, even though it probably should be a single star. Pack your patience and do not expect what is the usual attention you would receive at other...
Read moreI love this place, and come here often. I usually am the one who doesn't have a good restaurant to suggest when family comes into town from Colorado. Since this opened up, I was excited to take our visitors here and we even had it planned ahead of time. Their specialty drinks are the bomb, and I love the Boyertown punch and wanted my guests to try it. The waitress took our drink order, and then she saw a Colorado ID, and didn't even acknowledge that she thought it was fake. She asked if he wanted anything else to drink, and just never came with his drink the entire time. She kept coming back and asking if we needed anything, so she clearly thought it was a "nice try". We didn't want to make a scene and argue, but it was insanely ironic because the person she refused is a bartender professionally and was the oldest of us all at the table. It was a real Colorado drivers lisence and there was nothing sketchy about it at all. We just got ignored. I would have really appreciated if she even told us that she thought it was fake instead of just never coming with the drink. I was pretty let down and embarrassed, because I raved about this place to him and he got the shaft. I don't think I'll ever be coming back,...
Read moreWent here with friends. There were 10 of us, so a larger group (4 adults, 6 kids) Drinks took about 20 minutes. We ordered burgers, chicken tenders, 3 salads, and 2 soups. The soup took 1.5 hours to bring out. A waitress walked by with drinks for another table shortly after and we inquired about our food. She ignored us. At the 2 hour mark, with no drink refills, no one checking on us, no updates, we asked if our food was coming. If not, we wanted our check to leave. The dark haired waitress wearing a trick or treat mask turned around without acknowledging our concern and question, and walked away AGAIN!
Now, we all understand covid restrictions, but we were 1 of maybe 5 tables outside. The place was pretty quiet, but we waited 2 hours to receive our food!!!! We questioned the server if they were short staffed. The man responded with the answer of yes and they were also building another kitchen. That's great, but inform your customers that they will wait 2 hours for their food next time! Maybe check in on them occasionally.
This was my first visit to Iezzi's. The food was delicious, but not worth the wait! We will NOT return. I wish I would have read the recent reviews before going to your...
