Semper Pie — Restaurant in Boyertown

We ordered cheesecakes for Christmas and order was confirmed by the owner. We ordered 2 cheesecakes as we were hosting and had family coming out of state for Christmas. On 12/23 we received a phone call saying our cheese cakes got dropped and had to be remade which was fine and I asked what time and lady said afternoon between 12-3 and I repeated time back to her and she said yeah. So on Christmas Eve I walk up to the door at 1:55 and lights are off and door is locked. I called multiple times, left messages and sent text with no response. I then went onto Facebook and saw that she put up a post saying she’s open from 12-2 and will be selling cakes etc. I even commented on the Facebook post twice with no response and she was responding to other people so I know she saw it. So what I don’t understand is if you were able to make a phone call to tell me you dropped my cheesecakes then you couldn’t make a phone call to see if I was picking them up? I’m assuming you just sold them to someone else which is not right. Oh and by the way it’s now 12/28 and I still haven’t heard anything, this is not a proper way to conduct business especially when we are return customers. Even an apology would’ve been appreciated to atleast show you are taking responsibility but I guess we don’t give...

Alright, it’s THE BIG GUY again. I usually don’t leave an initial review without a couple of visits and trying an assortment of what the menu has to offer but, Semper Pie is different. I don’t think I’ve seen a variety of cheesecakes in my life let alone in ten minutes. Everything in the case was made to perfection. I also had to travel back to work with my Biscoff Cheesecake in an awkward position. And it remained in shape. The single most wonderful piece of cheesecake I’ve ever had in my life. And I’m not looking forward to telling my mother she no longer makes the best. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor. Visit this lovely place. And Eat...

Bite 4-10… wow, mmm, yes… they became smaller and smaller because I did not want it to end…

I had a keto cheesecake and Semper Pie absolutely hit the nail on the head! Having this to run to in time of a sweet tooth need is crucial in the life of a keto lifestyle!
