Ordering through the drive thru was pleasant enough from Logan. The amount of "Boss man's" I received was funny but a non issue. But in the business that is not professional vocabulary including the delivery of who answered the phone.
Receive order and drive home and missing an order of fries. Call the store and get the run around and hold for 10 mins. I am told they are unable to issue a refund without the card being present which in this day and age is non sense and in my opinion them just lying and not wanting to do it. The lack of integrity, terrible customer service and wasting of my time have made my decision to never visit this location again.
I don't want free fries next time, I don't want a coupon, I want you to do the bare minimum of your job and train yourself and employees to get orders correct and that alone would satisfy customers. And If you can't ...Fix what you charged on my card.
Beware and check your orders if not they make you seem like you inconvenience them with their aggressive attitude from Alan. Spend your money elsewhere in this economy

The current approach seems designed to hope guests forget and never return, allowing you to retain payment for services that were never rendered. All modern POS systems, in conjunction with merchant services, are fully capable of facilitating refunds. This policy comes across as lazy and lacking integrity in all aspects of business. Thank you for clarifying why I should reconsider supporting not just this location but all others as well.

Re-read and double-check all orders before they are handed out. Claiming "accidents happen" as an excuse is lazy and unacceptable. Both parties share responsibility, and it’s your role to ensure accuracy before the order leaves your establishment.
While your staff was polite and pleasant, I recommend adopting a more professional demeanor and vocabulary that still allows their personality to shine through.

I wasn't too sure what I wanted to eat and went up to the counter telling the gentleman (Benet) behind the counter that I needed to be up close to see my choices. He reached over the register to hand me a smaller menu that I could see and take my time reviewing - bonus points right there! I made my selection and ordered it to be a combo and asked if the fries were crispy. Benet asked if that is how I wanted them to which I replied with an enthusiastic, "Yes!" My husband then placed his order which was not a combo and I said to him that he wouldn't get any of my fries and was he sure. He said he was and Benet joined in on the fun and said I could call him later if my husband decided to steal some fries. We got home (had to leave Benet at the store though) and enjoyed a great meal together made extra special by the way Benet treated us and made us feel seen and not just another set of customers.
