I went there Sunday morning when it was slow and there was no one in line in front of me I went to the inside. A lady took my order and I asked for a snickerdoodle macchiato and one of their breakfast sandwiches. While I was ordering the lady behind the register started asking me all types of questions about the coffee did I want regular or decaf, did I want skim milk or regular, what kind of sweetener did I want? In all of my years of going to Dunkin Donuts I've never been asked those questions so I just politely asked her why she was asking me all those questions when I've never been asked them before? She seem to get upset and then quickly replied because they asked me all those things and I just want to make sure that I know what to tell them. I laughed it off and said oh okay. By the time this interaction was done my breakfast sandwich was ready and I was pleasantly pleased. I went over to where I was supposed to pick up my drink and waited for a couple of minutes I saw the lady go over to the machine and then after that she went and started sweeping the floor. I then asked her hey is anyone making my coffee? She said oh I forgot I'll make it right now. This had me a little upset because I was pressed for time and considering there were no other customers being waited on at all I don't understand how she could have that quickly forgot to have made my coffee especially asking me all those questions. 3 - 4 minutes later my coffee was finally ready I hurried outside and while I was leaving took a sip of the coffee it was not done correctly it was no flavoring at all whatsoever nor was there any sugar. At that time I was pretty upset I went back inside and there was a manager there now I asked her for a refund. She asked me what happened and I explained to her in a calm yet very upset sounding voice that her worker was incompetent and I explained why. She said I'm going to give you your refund but don't you ever come in here and say those things about my workers! I couldn't believe what I was hearing out of this ladies mouth. I then said well if your worker was not so incompetent I wouldn't have to say those things now would I? She said here's your money and pretty much threw it across the counter and said never come back...

The coffee was not made the way I like it so I went back to tell them to make it how I wanted. The cashier (Asumma A.) was very rude and told me that I don’t know how to order the coffee. Then she told me that she will give me the money back but won’t make it again for me because I don’t know how to order. I order the same exact coffee every and when they don’t do it as I like it they always re-do it until they make them the way I like it as it should be. If you are paying for a coffee the less they can do is make it the way you want it. Read moreJust a lost a very frequent DD customer to poor/slow service. Just stood in line for 14 minutes behind three other customers with single drink orders, while the manager himself walked around thinking that stocking cups was more important than serving the long line of customers at the door.
When multiple customers asked why he wasn't helping customers, he just stared back at everyone and continued doing things unrelated to helping customers in the line. I will never be visiting this location again.. It's ok, there is a Starbucks literally right behind it, and they don't have retarded managers that stare at long lines of customers.
