My recent experience at McDonald’s restaurant #39146 (1334 03/18/2025 09:38 AM) was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a cake combo with a medium frappe, expecting a straightforward and professional transaction. After paying $18, I was directed to the next window, where a male employee handed me my order. When I asked if the ketchup was included, he shrugged and told me to check for myself. Trusting his word, I left without inspecting the bag a mistake on my part for assuming basic competence. When I got home, I discovered not only that the ketchup was missing but that my frappe was completely absent as well. Furious, I drove back to the store, wasting my time and gas to fix their mistake. At the window, I was met by two female employees who repeated my complaint back to me with an indifferent tone, acting as if it were no big deal that I had been overcharged and inconvenienced. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I finally received the frappe a delay that never should have happened in the first place. The incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed at this location are astounding. Paying $18 for missing items and dismissive service is unacceptable. The glowing five-star reviews for this store are clearly fabricated, as my experience reflects nothing but poor training and apathy toward customers. I will be dedicating my free time to becoming a secret shopper for this location, exposing their consistent failures and ensuring others are aware of how poorly this store is managed. Read moreI've just experience the worst customer service I have ever received I'm 67 years old. I went to this McDonald's yesterday and placed an order when I went to the drive-thru I received the wrong order. When I return to the office and discovered the mistake I immediately telephone them to see if there was a possibility to have delivery made. Of course that wasn't an option. So I spent 5 minutes explaining the situation to the person didn't answer the phone and after she couldn't understand or know what to tell me transferred me to a manager who told me that she couldn't understand and she was sounded like a Latina. She put somebody else on the phone and I explained the situation I gave him the receipt number that they had given me of the wrong order and told them what I had ordered and they found it and told me that if I came back the next day that they would give me a credit I went back today and they act like they didn't remember any of this so obviously I have thrown the food away and didn't have anything to reduce for them and rather than them give me back my $11.33 they wanted to argue with me and tell me that I had to prove that all this happened and I can tell this was the very lady that couldn't understand me in the beginning so I'm going to wait and see if I can speak to the manager or the franchise and just let him know what a disservice she's providing for his business I want to do it also do this Google review to negatively impact their business I know these negative reviews hurt them $10 a million...

The girl only says "give me a minute", which is very unprofessional and not company policy to address customersthis way. After waiting so long and receiving no response after saying hello a second time I drove up to the window to finally place my order...I asked for the supervisor for the employees name but she refused. She was frustrated because she didn't have enough help and didn't want to lose her. I gave her my complaint on the employee who was very unprofessional, rude and has an attitude all the time. She told me there was NOTHING she could do abouther becauseshe didn'thire her!!! The supervisor then assaulted my friend and they had to get STITCHES....LIKE SERIOUSLY! How are you a supervisor but you can't control your ANGRY and aggressive temper! This has to be by far my worst experience with McDonald's in my entire life, which is sad because I like the fact it's a new location but I will pay extra for Chick-fil-A and there AMAZING customer service over this unjust treatment. It's not worth being annoyed, frustrated, mistreated and then receiving bad food! I'm literally sitting in the hospital with my friend writing this hoping someone contacts me or something is done about this outrageous and obscure behavior. They should be CANCELED! I have been told by police to file a formal complaint against her. This is ridiculous and I have to be to work in the morning tired as hell due to this lady....
