Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Bozeman

Solid as typical for the brand. Good chicken with a large selection of sauces. Bozeman desperately needed more affordable chicken joints, and this provides.

As a Student, I am somewhat worried about the crowds this might draw to campus and the lunch rush, but that's hardly the fault of this particular location. The MSU SUB is also fairly small and cramped but clean.

Edit: Today the university had an IT outage. I expected several issues, but I did not expect this to mean this restaurant would be refusing to serve people despite having all the workers there. I get that they have a fancy order queue system that likely needs the internet to work, but you're telling me you have 0 back up if that goes down? Chicken doesn't require the internet. Management here must have their head where the sun don't shine. I feel bad for the employees forced to come to work and have everyone mad at them because their bosses have no idea what...

Tonight 3/10 at 5pm I went to chick-fil-a for dinner and was very disappointed by what I heard. There were 3 shift leads(white with red strip shirts) on the floor that were talking poorly about one of the other shift leads and they did it where customers could hear them and I am just hurt by what I heard and that they thought it was appropriate to talk poorly of another shift lead that wasn't there to defend herself or even that this behavior was even condoned here as this is a Christian restaurant. I hope action is taken for this horrible behavior. I love coming here and eating but I am hurt that those girls would talk so poorly about one...

Went on opening day, which was extremely busy and expected. Yes, the line was long as another review stated; however, this location just opened and many around the community obviously wanted to try their food.

I ordered the chicken sandwich original meal, waffle fries and a lemonade. The sandwich was good, but it could have been from the rush in the kitchen… I found it wasn’t the same as in Billings. This patty was not juicy or flavorful. The fries were good and the drink not too sweet.

I’m going to try again when it’s been open longer and hope once everyone gets settled ( new staff adjusts) that the quality will improve.
