I am friends that love this place. I was not impressed! I was new to the establishment, and the ordering process is not intuitive; it took me a minute to figure out that I used the iPad on the counter to put my order in. There were three or four people working, and no one looked up when I came in; I'd been trying to figure out the iPad for a couple of minutes before anyone spoke. The chocolate chip cookie was salty and tasted of shortening. The Biscoff cookie was good but again with the shortening. The Oreo moon pie thing was very good. But the special raspberry lime cake was unimpressive, just a plain vanilla cake with a lot of frosting, though the frosting did taste of raspberry and lime. For the price, I'm...

Unfortunately my experience at this location was not up to par with the experiences I have had at other locations. I usually can expect Crumbl to offer delicious cookies at an efficient pace. I came by to pick up a specific flavor and waited for around 10 minutes before being told that the particular cookie was unavailable. After substuting my cookies with other available options, I found that the chocolate chip cookie had an almost stale flavor to it. I was pretty disappointed with this visit but I will grant 1 extra star just because the staff tried their best to be helpful despite the situation, which I hope can be handled better in the future if it happens with...

Just tried to contact this location instead of leave a bad review, but they only want reviews apparently. I was just trying to make a couple suggestions about dealing with your low staffing that currently can't meet demand. For one, maybe put the sign that says "drive thru closed" at the place where customers actually stop to make an order. Or just turn off the display screen at the ordering spot. People would probably get the message and not waste their time sitting out there as I did, in hopes it was the way I could get cookies at that time. Instead, I wasted enough time that then I simply...
