I recently bought an engagement ring from the Jewelry Studio in Bozeman Mt. When I went in I asked a lot of questions and explained I did not really know much about rings or jewelry in general. I choose the Jewlery studio because they had excellent reviews.
I bought a rose gold engagement ring. She said yes, so we went in a week later to have someone look at it to make sure it fit correctly and give us information about the different options on diamonds. We mentioned that she worked at a warehouse loading packages in trucks and a beverage company stocking shelves. The salesman mentioned getting a silicon ring to wear while working or exercising when the DIAMOND was in the ring. The diamond was not in the ring yet so my fiancee wore the ring to work and it was bent.
We went back to the jewlery studio expecting great service and we were treated very poorly, like we ruined the ring and it may be unrepairable. We were told we had to ship it back to the manufacturer and we would have to pay for the repairs or maybe we would get credit towards another ring if it was unrepairable.
I was hoping with the misunderstanding they would pay for shipping and help with the repairs, but we were told we would have to pay for everything. I felt like we were being pushed into purchasing another ring. This would allow the Jewlery Studio to get more money out of me. Again, I still have to get a diamond, a wedding band, and my ring. I was looking forward to continue doing business with a local company, but my mind has changed dramatically.
We decided to go to a different jewelry store in town to get a second opinion. They bent the ring back and we were out in less than ten minutes (we were not charged for any service) and they said that my fiancee should have never worn this ring to work and we should have been told to buy a silicon ring from the start.
My fiancee and I have come up with a plan for wedding rings, but we will not be doing business with the...
Read moreWhen my husband and I were about to be engaged, we went straight to the Jewelry Studio, knowing we would find quality art and quality advice. Charles helped us every step of the way in selecting an engagement ring (and a diamond) and wedding bands. We always received ample answers to our questions, and never left with any doubts as to how well our desires in these important decisions would be achieved: they were achieved perfectly because Charles was patient and communicative and has excellent experience. After about 4-6 meetings and visits to the studio, our Tacori rings with some customization (great that there is a Tacori representative in this area!) were on their way to being crafted for us. Our rings are beautiful; our experience with the Saatjian family was and is impeccable; and we can only hope there might be more occasions for pristine, personalized jewelry. Our rings are the perfect combination of being meaningful to us as well as having the heritage of knowing they were well-designed, and of knowing some of the story behind them. (I liked hearing Charles call Tacori; knowing where in India the diamond is from; and more.) I'm pretty sure that with the range of national designers represented, as well as in-house credentials for designing jewelry themselves, the Jewelry Studio is one of the best, if not the best such studio in Bozeman. Thanks for helping us around the time of our wedding! We have great memories of your help, and appreciate our rings...
Read moreMy fiancé and I highly recommend Jewelry Studio. We almost went with a popular online retailer for my engagement ring, and really only stopped by Jewelry Studio on a whim, but we walked out and had both already decided we’d be going with Jewelry Studio instead. Aside from wanting the security of working with a local jeweler, we also just liked the Saatjian’s and found the pricing to be pretty reasonable for the quality as well. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient in working with you to find the best diamond, and have truly been a pleasure to work with. I just had sizing beads put in my ring to stop the spinning, and it was literally completed within a few hours. Unfortunately now it’s too small, so I’ll be back in soon to resize my ring, and I have no doubt they will take great care of me and my ring then, too :) I am so glad we have such a great, competent, family-owned jeweler here in Bozeman. We will be getting our wedding bands from them...
