Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Bozeman

I love Nekter but I’ve had a few bad experiences here. Yesterday morning I went with a friend to get a smoothie. We got there at 9:45am and were told it would be a few minutes because the blenders needed to be washed. After 30 minutes of waiting for 2 smoothies I had to leave to go to work. I did not get a smoothie or a refund. My friend stayed and had to wait 20 additional minutes before she got her order. There were only 2 orders in front of our and the barista continued to take at least 4 additional orders before starting on the first order. The last few parties behind us were told it would be a 20 - 25 minute wait for their order and ended up waiting over an hour. I used to come here at least once a week but between this experience and 2 other poor experiences with staff being rude I’m unsure if I’ll be returning. Food is good, service was lacking today. They were packed and the gaggle of male teenagers talking inappropriately behind me ordered after me. There were over 10 different orders placed after mine that were all served first. Eventually, they realized they just forgot mine and figured it out, but that was after being in the store for a solid 30+ minutes. I got a tiny apology when I was handed my drink and that was it. For $17, I expected better.

I love Nekter and I have for years! When one finally came to Bozeman I was so excited. However this Nekter is incredibly slow to the point where I have stopped going. Last time I went in there the staff didn’t even acknowledge me. One was making a smoothie and one walked into the back. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to order before I walked out because no one had acknowledged me yet. I have also never been able to use my rewards because their system doesn’t seem to work. I am really bummed because bozeman needed a good smoothie, juice and bowl place but this Nekter is not worth it...
