I recently had surgery and one day had nobody to help me, so I ordered pizza for lunch. It was a large order as it was going to be my dinner as well. I waited for over an hour for my food to arrive and finally called Rosa's. The person who answered was rude to me and abruptly stated my pizza was on the way without even asking me my name or anything else. The pizza arrived and was cold. I called Rosa's back and the same person who was rude to me earlier kept cutting me off and said he would have the owner call me back. This was 3 weeks ago! I have called several times and have spoken to three different employees, including the owner. I explained the experience with the delivery and the staff and the owner said she would look into it and get back with me. I called a week later, after not hearing from her, and spoke to the third employee, supposedly a manager, who stated he would check into it and get back to me. This was 5 days ago and still no calls. I explained how I was alone, couldn't drive because of my surgery, had waited for over an hour for food and then it was completely cold and apparently Rosa's in Bozeman does not care. We used to live in a society where businesses wanted their customers to be happy, but that does not appear to be the case anymore. I gave Rosa's 3 weeks to at least make an attempt to make this experience right and they have chosen to ignore me. There is no excuse for that many people to be so uncaring and callous to a customer. For the record, I was never rude when speaking with any of the employees. I just explained the situation and asked that they do something...
Read moreEach Friday for the last couple of months we've ordered a 14" cheese pizza from Rosa's to go along with our 80's movie night. This past week we also decided to include an order of hot wings with our pizza. Rosa's was extremely busy when we went to pick up our pizza and it took much longer than we were originally told. It was clear they had a large order on top of this because I could see a minivan outside being pilled up with pizzas. We took our food home and when i went to open up the hot wings the tin foil was ice cold. I touched a couple hot wings and the felt as if they were just taken out of the cooler. We then drove back to Rosa's and I was already playing through the scenario of having to argue with manager to get a refund. A situation I really didn't want to deal with, but I felt that I really wasn't in the wrong. We walk up to the counter and I explain the situation. The guy behind the counter was very pleasant and understanding. He immediately gave us a refund and when I mentioned that we were also going to have a cold pizza now too, he gave us a refund on that as well. No hassle at all. Mistakes can be made and I realize that. Rosa's handled it in a professional manner and by doing so will be keeping a weekly customer. Thank you for the...
Read moreI’ve never had a problem with rosas before that’s why this interaction didn’t score them a one star rating. I ordered a cheese pizza with white sauce last night and it showed up with normal sauce. Took a little longer then normal to get to me because the girl that took down my order wrote the wrong address. I called back to see if they could send another pizza the same girl answered, after ten minutes of her trying to find my original order she finally agrees to send me the pizza that I had ordered. The second pizza showed up and still wasn’t what I ordered... I did get a cheese pizza with white sauce but for some reason they decided to add pepperoni to it. I gave up at this point and just picked the pepperonis off and ate it but still didn’t taste the same do to all the grease the pepperonis added to the pizza. I think you really need to reconsider who you have answering your phones and taking orders, this job is obviously to difficult for some people on your staff. This experience took rosas from being one of my favs to I’ll probably never order...
