Downloaded app because I am high risk and wanted curbside pickup. Got the order in ok and arrived several minutes after they said would be ready. No way to request separate bags for sandwiches and fries and packs of ketchup. Just all a messy grease in a bag. App says to call when arrive. I called 5 times left ringing till it finally timed out. After waiting each time figured not busy just dysfunctional. So masked up trying to avoid exactly that and went into store. There was bag sitting by fry counter. Gave name and they said need to drop the fries. Went back to car and they then brought out. When asked why they don’t answer phone he said oh we have “connect something??”and it never works. Bottom line if you don’t want to go into a Five Guys restaurant, order from someone else. Their app sucks and they don’t answer...
Read moreThis was our first time going to a Five Guys, and we don't plan on ever going back to one. The burgers were not good, and everything was falling apart. The meat was thin in the middle and thick on the sides. The fries were covered in way too much salt and just dumped into the bag with the cups. All the cups were at the bottom of the bag, and they didn't even try to put the fries in the cups, plus it was about a gallon worth of fries. As much as I enjoy fries, if I order a little, I'm not expecting that much. On top of that, the fries were limp and soggy, not something I want that much of. The milkshake I got was very thin and tasteless. The is was too over priced for the quality, next time ill just got to McDonald's across the road. Overall, we will never step place in a Five Guys again, very...
Read moreThis is my first time back to Five Guys since December 2019 and I was extremely disappointed.
I visited them frequently prior to covid quarantine and was always ecstatic. The burgers were huge and a large fry spilled over the cup half filling the bag which made the $27.00 for two people pricey but acceptable.
Today however the patty size had been reduced by at least 50% making the burger about the same size as a Wendy's burger, and the $4.99 large fries was no bigger than a large fries at Checkers. $29.00 later I felt completely taken advantage of.
I get it, meat is expensive right now, but there's no potato shortage. If I had received a bag full of fries I might have overlooked the small patties on the $7.50 cheeseburger but to give me a Wendy's experience for $29.00 is just...
