I have an event on June 1st. Having completed all the preliminary work I scheduled my printing online of my brochures for May 27th. Unfortunately for some reason when I received the printed $100 copies they were surprisingly frayed at the fold seams. I spoke to employee who said that it was a design flaw. Needless to say I am not a wizard when it comes to designing brochures so I went to the manager Eric. He kindly instructed me how to make the corrections. His print and marketing manager Marco and I went back and forth via email with corrections until the brochure was printed flawlessly with perfect seam. Read moreFor a decade following at least three less than satisfactory forays into this store, I made my husband do all the shopping at Staples. Recently, in the last year or so, there has been a 180° turn around in the store. I want particularly to cite the friendliness and expertise of Jules who sets an excellent example for some of the younger staff in dealing with customer service issues. I have run into Jules twice. He is friendly and helpful. I will go back to the store because I think that the whole staff has made a turnaround in their attempts to be helpful. Read moreFirst of all it's a ridiculously long automated list I have to listen to. Second, they ask WHO I want to talk to. They're going to send you to any one who will answer phone. Now, I'm on what I endearingly call FOREVER HOLD. So far, 4 minutes. And all to find out if a stamp I ordered made is ready. They said 3 days ago they would call, but I've heard from no one. Another hold to see if they can find it . . . after 1 minute, came back on line. Same man asked same questions. Again with name, company name. Then I gave order number. Anther hold . . .
