I'll start this off by mentioning that I never post google reviews anywhere but this place absolutely deserves this five star review. I have been eating here once a week with my girlfriend since November and I look forward to it every week. Here are the reasons why we keep coming back and a few of the things that make this place great.
The environment, the patrons and staff have a friendly and cohesive bond, this place has a lot of regulars and the staff is a close knit team and it really shows when this place gets busy.
Food preparation and wait time, when the place is slow I have received my food in well under 10 minutes, when it's packed, just over 20, no matter how packed this place gets, staff will get your coffee/drinks out in 3 minutes tops and take your order ASAP.
Of course I have to mention the menu, as a quick side note the vast majority of the regulars and target audience for the menu are elderly which means, less grease, less cholesterol, and for the most part relatively healthy food! For me, as a young health conscious guy in my early 20's this menu is a dream come true, eating delicious food without feeling sluggish or sleepy afterwards! In this town, food like that is SO hard to come by and it is very affordable too. All of this combined makes peaches in my opinion
Note: Peaches is not a another chain fast food place. I do not recommend having the food delivered, nobody likes cold eggs and coffee.
If you are thinking about eating here, your best experience will be to dine in and receive your food fresh. If you ask me peaches shouldn't deliver their food at all and should just focus on their excellent dine in experience. This place is right across the street from a church if you go on Sunday, I recommend going early in the morning before everyone has left church as it will be PACKED with regulars.
TL;DR Great Staff Great Food Great Service Great Patrons Don't order delivery, dine in for the best experience. Busy on Sundays.
And to the unsung heroes of any successful kitchen, thank you to the chefs, whatever you're doing it's...
ย ย ย Read moreI personally worked at peach's and I can honestly say that i wasted my time working there. The most annoying part of the job was the food quality and management. I got really tired of serving food that I wouldn't even pay for or even eat myself, to people that are coming in for a genuine dining experience. I've seen many occasions where the restaurant is completely negligent about the food quality like expiration, storage, and insects inside the dinning room. On one occasion, the restaurants running water was out of order so that meant no clean dishes, no clean toilets, and no clean drinking water... The more disturbing part about that was the fact that they did not tell one customer, yeah that was disgusting. Servers and cooks couldn't say anything about it and had to continue to work as if nothing was wrong. Management sucked and are like puppets for the people who actually call the shots. There literally is no such thing as job security there, i got fired because a manger told me not to show up. My wife got fired 3 months after for a pancake she paid for. A PANCAKE, really? Save your time and money and go to a place that holds true to customer service and know how to value guests. I am not afraid to speak up about this because people in Bradenton need to know who they are supporting. There are so many other places with better prices and better quality, don't wait for one of there bad days to find out. God bless you if...
ย ย ย Read moreI usually avoid poorly rating businesses, but when it comes to customer service, I think others should know. We placed an order online for pickup. My wife arrived to pickup the order and the host said he didn't see it. She asked if they had other locations and if the order could have ended up there. He said it is possible but that he cannot help her track it down. My wife left and I sent her the receipt which clearly showed this locations address. She went back in and they admitted there was an error and that they would start from scratch. Okay, no big deal yeah? Except, after an hour wait (you think they would prioritize this at this point) my wife leaves with the food. They forgot syrup and whip cream for the pancakes (who wants plain pancakes?) And hotsauce and sour cream for my order. Not to mention, the food was TOSSED in the Togo container. I have had plenty of Togo orders and yeah, sometimes they get a little jumbled, but this was bad. The ONLY saving grace was the manager, who was nice, and the food was really good. Especially for the price. The meals were around 8 bucks a piece (which is what breakfast food should be priced at) and was very quality. We will try again and if we have a better experience I will gladly...
