The service is usually great but the pizzas aren't very good these days, I don't remember the last time I even had a pizza with enough cheese to even cover it, it's usually just lightly sprinkled barely even on it ,the sauce and crust are really all you get maybe a few pepperonis scattered around and maybe a couple of peppers, over all I'm paying Alot of money for something that tastes exactly like those $1.00 frozen pizzas you used to buy at the grocery store. I will give them one more try to see if it gets any better after that I'm going back to five star pizza, it's expensive too but at least there's cheese on my pizza. Extremely disappointed with this Pizza Huts pizzas lately. Please start making the pizzas better. There's a lot of competition and easy to lose your customers in this town. I can't believe I paid $24.00 for a ladle of sauce on some thin crust. Kinda mad now that I'm thinking about UPDATE: Take a look at my Papa John's Pizza review, their pizza $ 2.00 less with extra cheese added & just look at the pictures I posted, so you will know what a pizza is actually supposed to look like then compare it to the pictures I took of my last pizza hut pizza. Read moreDon't bother with this place. It's a mess it needs to be under new management they need a whole new staff. Despite ordering to the mobile app I have been made to wait ssignificantly longer for my food then the app indicates it will be ready. The 1st time my food was inedibly burnt (after wziting 10 minutes over the 15 it was supposed to take) the 2nd time it was under done and I'm pretty sure the sauce was bad cause I have been feeling unwell since eating it.
This is not a "we're understaff because the employment market is bad blah blah blah," this has been going on since well before the pandemic. It is why I stopped using this Pizza Hut.
I thought I would give it a try and maybe it had gotten better. It has not. I don't expect the world. I do expect if I use The mobile app to order my food and I receive notifications from the restaurant that my order is ready, that I am not made to wait in a lobby without being addressed for 10 minutes only to be told when finally addressed that my food isn't ready. Read moreAfter placing a carry out order I arrived at 1204am and rang the bell to be let in only to be met by a person standing at the counter yelling "were closed". He refused to let me in. So you made the pizza (that was paid for using my hut rewards points the total was $1.50)and placed it in the hot box. At the stroke of midnight u closed ur front counter drawer knowing u had an order and "cancel made" my pizza. Soooo you would rather turn me away rather than open the door and give me my food? If I were the MOD and i prematurely closed my drawer i would have given the customer the pizza on the house! Last I knew customer service was rule one under NPC Intl. AND YUM! Brands. I understand safety policy sure but dont start a pattern of letting customers ring the bell and get let in and making us happy(for years 15+) only to suddenly stop.
