You got to be kidding me. I've gone multiple times. Its always been "just OK" . it has been progressively been a worse experience every single time. I went there tonight at 10pm. (They close at 12am) the employee was doing closing tasks. She didn't greet me. Not even a smile. I'm just an inconvenience to her I guess. So I ordered my sub. (6 inch sweet onion teriyaki with everything but pickles) throughout this whole process she seemed rude and irritated. So I check out, go home. And when I see my sub I actually laughed out loud. The thing looked like slop. The bread was cut down all the way in the middle. So it was now two pieces. I couldn't even hold the thing like, you know how a human eats a sub. I had to pick everything up in pieces and eat it. I'm pretty annoyed. But I did get a laugh out of it. Bare minimal effort into making it. Thanks...
Read moreThe most important day of my life, I was meeting my sister for the first time, I called to see if they could do a tray for. My daughter and I sent in person and went over everything I wanted, the guy that worked there claim he had it under control, took notes and said it would be ready by 12:00 the next day. ( May 15th, 2017. When we went to pick it up, not omg was it NOT done, but VERY LITTLE sides and the manager stated I would have to pay $14.00 for the tray that to put the subs on. I pay $29.69 for 4 subs and that was put in a bag no tray. NEVER AGAIN will I ever deal with any subway. The subs were done sloppy....
Read moreI just left and had a horrible experience. I walk in to pick up my pick up order and ask if they still sell the nachos. The guy behind the counter says, "idk I'm too tired to think bout it" so I say, how will u know? He responds with, "I would have to ask my boss and they're sleeping". So then I ask bout the cookies and because I didn't see where the prices were he says in a loud pitch voice, "BEHIND YOU". I work in customer service and would never talk to any of my customers that way. So it's safe to say, I will not return. How can you not know...
