I feel like bill murray in ground hog day, except i end up at taco bell and not a diner unfortunately. The last four times ive been to this location(4 times in last 2 months), i have had to wait at the drive thru for no less than 25 minutes, get the wrong food, finally get the right food, open up a taco and find frozen lettuce on it. Check the mexican pizza....slop. Completely revolting slop. The staff i end up dealing with, which has been between 4:30 and 8:30 on said 4 revolting occasions, arent just incompetent, but could easily fill the role of corky from life goes on. And im just as bad as them for returning there 3 times after the first horrendous encounter. All four occasions...exactly the same. Like im stuck in an episode of pee wees playhouse. Unusual people walking by the window asking me if i ordered mt.dew. "No sir i do not drink mt.dew". Who are these people? What is their obsession with asking people if they ordered mt.dew? Is this a prank? Do i have a friend in the back that works there that i dont know about that is trolling me during these ridiculous visits? I dont know but i think we a being trolled. There is no explanation for this. 4 different visits folks.....and i got thee exact saaaaammeee reeesulttttsss every single tiiiiiimmmeeee. Take care taco bell, you guys...
Read moreI suddenly had a craving for Taco Bell. I opened the app on my phone carefully selected the location and placed an order. I drove to the location, which, from the outside, appeared to be well-maintained, about 10 minutes later, pulled up to the drive-through and told them I had a mobile order and gave my name. They said, “We have no order, are you sure it was this location?“ As I was reading their address to them, they, miraculously found my order. I was then instructed to pull up to the second window. I was immediately handed my food. I then drove away and headed back to work. As I pulled up to a red light, I ate the taco, and then I opened the crunch wrap. After I finish the crunch wrap, I ate the cinnamon twists, and then walked into my place of business. About two hours later my stomach started gurgling. I simply thought it was just a normal bodily reaction to eating Taco Bell. Well, I wound up in the restroom several times within the hour, and absolute agony. And it progressed from there. Thank God I have understanding clients because I kept having to run to the bathroom. I finally finished up work. My client and I were walking out the door and I had to run back into the bathroom. This time not only was I seated, but I began vomiting, rather violently into the trashcan. This continued for the next 24 hours. The next morning, I couldn’t get out of bed other than to run to the bathroom. I was up at least once every hour during the night. I had to cancel all of my clients for that day, costing me $270. So now, not only am I out the $9.62 that I spent on food, I’m out an additional $270 of missed work. It’s currently, 39 hours later, I’m still in bed, trying to rehydrate and still fairly miserable. Clearly, Taco Bell was the wrong...
Read moreSo I’ve been going here since I was a kid, I am now 24 years old. I’ve had some bad food and amazing food. Nothing to review about in a negative way. And I’m never the one to leave a bad review, but after tonight when I was in the back of the car with my mother I was appalled at how she was treated. We came for a late night craving snack, like we have done many times. Only to be left treated in a complete disrespected manner by a new manager I’ve never seen before. We ordered our food and my aunt wanted to put another food item in and from what I heard, he said we had to drive back around. Understandable, we ended up leaving with the food we originally put in and decided to drive back and go through the drive thru again for one item. The food we were given was normal, nothing to be upset about. But the service was unexpectable. The employee took our order and we went up to the window like normal. I’m hard of hearing, but from what I could hear I was left feeling confused and angry that my mom ended up getting the window slammed right in her face by the manager HIMSELF. I don’t have issues, it could have been a bad night and I work in a business where customer service is always most important no matter how bad a customer is. To say he handled it poorly and said we had to pull up to the spot when there was no one behind us was a little weird, but he shouldn’t have lashed out. I hate to leave this post, but after him yelling at my mom when she raised her voice at him politely I have to say I’m unsatisfied after tonight. I hope whoever is in charge sees that no management or employer should ever act like this towards people or customers just because one item would take longer than needed or if he was in a bad...
