Eli made my wedding cake and it was beyond my expectations! From the beginning, she was wonderful to work with. My husband and I are military originally from FL but now stationed in different states. My previous cake tasting appointment with another location fell through while my then fiancé and I were visiting FL for a few days. At the last minute, she was able to accommodate us for a cake tasting and from the moment I met her, I knew we would be hiring her. She is kind, listens to what her clients want, and even offers suggestions as to what could make the cake even better. Whether you are local or not, she is available to answer any inquiries within 24 hours and made me feel at ease knowing she was handling everything cake-related. My husband and I chose vanilla cake w/dulce de leche filling and vanilla cake w/chocolate hazelnut filling for our guests; the cake was a hit! Especially the cake with the dulce de leche filling. Our wedding cake was absolutely delicious! I admittedly didn’t care to get a wedding cake but my mom really wanted us to get one. So, we were just going to go with publix & just call it a day. We sampled their cakes and I just couldn’t bring myself to spend the money on a mediocre cake. So my husband found Eli & I’m so happy he did! She was beyond accommodating with our tasting & wow was every flavor delicious. It was hard to pick! Our cake was a vanilla cake with raspberry filling and I still dream about it. The raspberry filling is made fresh with real raspberries & you can tell. This was the best cake my husband and I have ever had! SERIOUSLY! We are from Wisconsin so we just chose something that was close to our venue in Palmetto and went off of google reviews, and we couldn't have been more impressed! 10/10! We had a cookies and cream wedding cake with vanilla buttercream frosting and I was kind of skeptical on how that would taste but that was my favorite! Our other cupcake flavor combinations were: vanilla cupcake with almond buttercream-- pistachio cupcake, with cannoli cream filling and vanilla buttercream--chocolate cupcake with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate buttercream-- and lemon cupcake with raspberry filling and cream cheese frosting.
