I believe you have several items s in the store to choose from with the saying "love is patient, love is kind" blah blah.... "do unto others"....Sharon in Fabric and Don or Dan (the Mgr with the bald patches on his head) could use a refresher course on kindness. Sharon cut the fabric with curves on it and I brought it back to get larger pieces gutbto alott for the unskilled cutting. I was told that's just how it is and that's why they cut wider than asked for. However, that makes me have to go home and really cut all sides down yo square then all up. I don't sit at home and sew with my cat, this is a 1st time project for me- so a little tact and patience would have been nice. I stead I got salty comments to go with snarled faces and attitude which I reached to as most would. They are the worst! I called Hobby Lobby in Bradenton at about 1:00pm and asked if they had stretching bars for canvas. They had some, but not all the measures that I needed. So I called Hobby Lobby in Sarasota (it is very close to Osprey) and asked them if they had the measures that the other store didn't have: they did. As I was in downtown Sarasota, I decided to go first to the store in Sarasota and then to the one in Bradenton. But before I did so, I called Bradenton and asked to raincheck them and told them that I would pick them up later that same afternoon. So I went to the store in Sarasota (20 minutes), bought the stretching bars that they had (unfortunately they didn't have every measure), got back in my car, and drove 40 minutes to the store in Bradenton. When I arrived, it was around 3:30pm. I asked the ladies at the registrar for the stretching bars set aside for Alexa, but nobody knew anything about them, there were no stretching bars to be found. I checked the dispenser and there were none there. I left empty handed and with lots of "sorry"......
