Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Braidwood

This location is horrible. I had a delivery order that took an hour and a half for food that was not even freshly cooked, but had obviously been sitting around premade for a long time. My pizza slices were black and burnt on the bottom and so dried out you could tell they had been sitting around in the warmer for several hours, the wings were mushy and undercooked, and the vegetables in the salad were slimy and old. I called and talked to the assistant manager Cathy who offered me a gift card. When I went the next day to pick up the gift card I spoke with Cathy for a few minutes and gathered enough information to find out that she at minimum knew the pizza was old and burnt and sent it to me anyway because she was upset that I ordered a ‘lunch special’ through the Grubhub app but the app did not specify that it was a lunch special or that there were any time frames for ordering. I showed her the menu on the app and she said ‘oh, it doesn’t give a time?’. When I asked her to look at the pictures I took of the food she rolled her eyes and acted annoyed. Prior to leaving Cathy offered me a slice of ‘fresh’ pizza that had only been in the warmer for an hour and a half. I thanked her for the gift card but I will NEVER eat anything from this location ever again. I wanted a refund but she said she was unable to do that since I ordered through the app. I wish giving negative stars...

This was our first time trying Rosati's Pizza and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! We got the beefs and a Three Cheese Pasta, my atlanta they where AMAZING! Do not get me started on the portion sizes! The pasta could literally feed both my children and I still have enough left to feed them another portion plus myself one. If you have not tried the Dough Nuggets, you are MISSING OUT! They are so good and you get so many! Definitely order an extra marinara because that as well is just perfecto and there's so many dough nuggets you need that extra sauce. Also their side salads that come with the sandwiches absolutely no complaints, super fresh crisp lettuce. Now for the employees there. The woman that took my order was just beyond helpful and welcoming. I did not feel rushed at all, she helped me and informed me of all they had because it was my first time ordering. Her name was Ariel and she is just beyond the sweetest and beyond helpful! The delivery man was fast, very kind and joyful even though he was out making deliveries in the rain, he still had a smile on his face, and the food was hot and steamy still! Highly recommended giving this place a try if you haven't already! They have gained a new customer that's for sure! Money well spent, definitely get what you pay for. Thank you for the delicious...

Terrible customer service! placed an online order at 9:04 p.m. I was then contacted by a store representative named Brandon at 9:06 pm telling me that my order could not be fulfilled because the manager was out making deliveries and they couldn't go back to the store to in time to pick my order up and deliver it to me in time. I asked when the manager would come back and he told me at 930 and that would still be too late. I then asked if I could pick the order up since I placed the order online and it was already charged to my account.
