Big Jay's Pizza Arcade — Restaurant in Brainerd

This is a must visit place! The arcade is the biggest, most fully functional (RARE), AND affordable in the state of Minnesota. Please, Try and change my mind. There are games for free. Games for a quarter. most put out tickets. some crane games are PLAY TILL YOU WIN! Like... I havnt seen an arcade this good in decades. Dave and Busters is a run down $&*t-show compared to this place. Pretty sure Chucky Cheese is more expensive too. There are rooms and rooms of games. I thought I saw them all, then there was an entire room I stumbled into with more. Some games I have never seen before!

Okay so the arcade is spectacular, but what about the food? Probably over priced and subpar right? NOPE! Well priced, generous toppings, and delicious. Honestly the crust is so good, my kids actually fought over who got the last peice and left no crusts behind. Double peperoni cooked alittle more done (per my request) receives a 4.5 out of 5 stars. The .5 docked because it was not cooked at my table in a wood fire oven by a master chef with live music playing "have it my way." You know, cuz that would be 5 star. /sarcastic

All in all, I would drive an hour to take my family here again. Price per value is the best I have experienced in a long time.

Okay one last thing... I gave 4 of us, 20$ each on a card... we were there for 2 hours. Seriously. You cant begin to understand the business smarts these people have who run this place.

My family & I have been here many times. We have always enjoyed the food and games. HOWEVER On Saturday night 1/18/25, we brought my in laws, and sister in law and her kids as well(group of 10, 4kids, 6adults)It was cold and we wanted to do something fun with the kids. We got there and ordered pizzas, wings & drinks at 7pm totaling about $150. As we were ordering, the woman taking our order was clearly in a bad mood, & did not seem happy to have our business. She kept saying “anything else?” With attitude. We then spent additional money and got all our kids game cards.. at 8pm we put in an additional 2 orders for wings, because they’re delicious! And the staff proceeded to talk about us negatively as we were sitting right there and could hear them and see them gawking and talking about us! It was 2 teen kids and 2 grown women doing this. I was shocked. They don’t close until 9, I didn’t see any signs posted saying their kitchen closed at a certain time and didn’t feel it was out of line we ordered more but apparently they were all pissed about it and made it obvious. I would also like to add my SIL stood at the counter with their drink cups waiting to be served for about 10min without anyone offering to help and my boyfriend and I cleared off 2 tables that had been empty and left dirty for awhile so that we could have tables together. We also cleaned our tables up after ourselves. I think next time we want to go for pizza and arcade we will go to Pizza ranch. Bummer because I enjoy supporting small businesses but I truly was embarrassed having brought my in laws to this business and having been...

Great family fun area for the Brianerd Lakes Area. The games are reasonably priced, and the pizza and wings are great! There are so many games that we can play on $20 for a while, depending on what games are chosen. The prizes are good too, I like their prize hub but if you go during busy times, it's going to take a while to get prizes. One thing I will mention is that the last time we went, I ordered the pizza salad, and there was a live caterpillar crawling in my salad. When I showed one of the staff members, they said they buy lettuce that is thoroughly washed, and that was that. I thought maybe they would offer a refund or at least apologize or something, but he seemed unbothered about it and then threw out the remainder of their lettuce package away. It happens, but I feel like it could have been handled differently when addressed. This still won't stop us from going. We love it there, we just won't be ordering a salad anymore....
