McDonald's — Restaurant in Brainerd

This McDonald's rates a 4 out of 5 stars overall. This is one of two McDonald's in Brainerd, MN. This being the senior of the two has polite staff and fast service, cleanliness seems to be a priority as well. You can always see an employee either outside clearing snow and ice from walk ways or picking up the grounds from any debris. Bathrooms tend to generally be up to clean standards for the most part. Food always seems hot and fresh. Ok, here's the reason no 5th star it's pretty simple, while service is polite and fast, it's seems that in their haste to keep up with their genre of food chains (fast-food) they have a tendency to not fulfill orders completely or for instance I don't like American cheese therefore I would want it on a burger I specifically asked to leave it off from, but low and behold there it is, this is so frustrating and after 3 or 4 time irratating! Although they do make it correct once brought to their attention, but attention is what was needed in the first place so this doesn't happen. Only other complaint of sorts I have is when I ordered 4 large fries last night 03/11/2019 was it seems someone dumped the whole salt shaker on them and on my mushroom and Swiss burgers, which without the salt is awesome, so just before you leave the parking lot check your bags and make sure you got what you ordered and that if you ask to have an item taken off or left out that they did as you asked, if not one of the friendliest managers will assist you and always make it right. Because my wife works there & she will give it her all for a good experience for all even the company & it's name . Not every order or all person's experience will be the best . Take for consideration the food is just about always good it's the service & missed orders that upset most costemers. Take a moment of fair thought & judgement . With as many tickets, people that walk in &all cars & people drive through also with breakfast menu & a launch or dinner menu & don't forget three different ways of ordering from MacDonald's . Walk in , walk in & order from the back do it your self & then the drive through . Wow now that's a lot . "BUT STILL THATS NOT ALL " don't forget the newest version of free delivery & call to order & on line . So with as meany food orders McDonald's provids & all the options & versatility they provide . Next time your order is not perfect . Give MC Donald's a considerable break . They give it there all believe me as a team they all try there best . If you don't think so . Try working there your self ! 🤪🖐️🤯😱NO WAY !

Went through drive thru and ordered a quarter pounder w/cheese, extra pickle and hold the silver onions. What I got was no extra pickle, no cheese, extra onions/ ketchup with middle of burger raw. Went into McDonald's, showed my receipt and the raw burger to a worker. Waited another 32 mins for a newly cooked/made quarter pounder. Got back to the vehicle, opened bag to check and still NO extra pickle, silver onions on burger and burger still wasn't cooked in middle. Raw again. Went back in and showed manager, explained the whole scenario to manager. Long long story short. It took over 2 hours being at that McDonald's to get a fully cooked quarter pounder. Absolutely disgusted with that slow food service that still couldn't get my NO silver onions with extra pickle...
