Brian's Fine Desserts — Restaurant in Braintree

When it was time to get a wedding cake, we tried cake samples from several of the leading South Shore bakeries. Brian's Fine Desserts blew them all out of the water. It was not even close. The cake is light, and very flavorful, and Andrea was very nice and happy to answer our questions. He also offered excellent value for our dollar .

Fast forward to the wedding: Andrea delivered a cake he made that morning that was an absolutely gorgeous three-teared cake decorated in the perfect vintage style. Incredibly tasty. We wholeheartedly recommend Andrea, and Brian's fine desserts and plan to get all our future event cakes, including Birthday and anniversary...

I had to share this review as I’ve been a customer of Brian’s Bakery for at least 3 years. Last week I called and ordered a cake 1 day before my daughter’s birthday. Not only did he take my order 1 day before I needed it but as always, the cake was delicious!! My 12 year old son who never eats cake said “ mom, that looks good” and he ate 2 pieces. I tried the tiramisu for $5.99. The price was expensive for the portion size, but there may have been an up-charge for purchasing at a local business. This tiramisu wasn’t completely traditional, as there were no ladyfingers, so the texture overall was a bit too mushy.
