I love this family sub shop and have always driven out of my way to give them my business. The food is great but Janice is the real reason I go - she is ALWAYS smiling and cheerful! I think she's been working there for at least 30 years because she was the reason why my mom and dad always went there as well. In a world where everyone loves complaining - Janice is always smiling and friendly. However, the past couple of times I've been in, I've watched and noticed how she is treated by management and it's unacceptable. It's obvious they don't realize what an asset she is for their business. Hardworking, trustworthy and SO kind. Richardi's Mgmt - this sweet woman has given half of her life to your business - it's far time you start recognizing and appreciating her the way she deserves - I won't be back...

Gave this place another chance and shouldn’t have. My opinion is solely based on cleanliness and sanitation. They don’t change their gloves. Saw the older gentleman with glasses touching his hair with his gloves on then went to make a sub. That’s disgusting and unacceptable. People have talked up the pricing, it’s the same as other places but with the sanitation and cleanliness concerns I would not patronize this place. Then I saw another gentleman answering the phone, and making sandwiches, and then walked out back and started eating something. This is all completely unsanitary, I should’ve said something but I didn’t. I just threw my sandwich away and took the $10 loss. They might have potential but if they can’t execute basic food safety, I’m scared at how they handle their food. I would...

I have never paid $29.99 on 2 small subs in my life...along with the pizza..it was a good pizza! The tuna sub was lousy...roll...not good! Tuna not enough inside! Was not to my tasting at all! $7.99 was a little to much for what that!!! My son got a steak and onion and cheese..his was not filled enough and to much also! With all that we got...Very Dissatisfied with your Business and serving! We usually buy from Athens in Weymouth...the Subs are Great!!! They fill them so much that it is enjoyable to eat! Also...one half of the Sub we can eat..fills us satisfactory!!! The are not greedy on anything they put on them!! 2 large subs cost less than $16.00 Sorry I won't recommend your...
