I ordered two coffees for my fiancé and I. Apparently there was a miscommunication between the woman and I because my coffees came cold when I thought I had requested hot coffee. I explained that I ordered hot coffees and the woman got combative saying I had order them cold. Another employee agreed with the woman saying “You definitely said cold.” and we just sorta of starred at one another awkwardly.
As I was standing waiting for my new coffees they both continued to almost berate me behind the counter saying “she definitely said cold.” Several times in front of other customers. I just stood there quietly almost wishing I could just receive my money back.
I have never experienced that level of rudeness while spending almost 13 dollars on beverages. Extremely disappointed in how the employees handled this situation. It was cold and I work outside so a hot drink sounded great. I just moved to Branchburg but will be not be returning to this Dunkin’ Donuts. Seemed a bit odd. we ordered 4 donuts, she heard 1 and got mad at us when i asked where the other 3 were. At this point she told us we didn't order them. So i gave her the 3 other donut names again and instead of ringing them up and making more $ for the place. She just kept saying we didn't order them. So i kindly let her know we'll be happy to leave without them. Read moreFor Dunkin', the standard at this particular location is high. Staff are friendlier than other places and service is very quick. Management here knows what they are doing and how to keep people happy. I have seen people get upset here on occasion but more often than not, that was their mistake and not the staff's. If you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you. It's a shame Dunkin' as a company keeps raising their prices, but with this store, I always find myself wanting to go...
