I think this has to be the absolute worst run Pizza Hut in the country. We have ordered here approximately 20 times and with zero exaggeration, our order had been wrong, under cooked, forgotten items, or burnt to the crisp at least 12-13 of the 20 times we have ordered. We just dealt with it without complaint for the first 4-5 times since they were fairly new... Then we began to report discrepancies. Even though it's frustrating to get the wrong order, initially they were fair about delivering missing items or giving credit.
The last time we ordered, we spent around $35 and it was completely wrong- Wrong pizza, the one we got was under cooked, missing items, and someone else's order all together. We called and the manager issued us a "credit" as we had already waited over an hour for it and had to cook other food for our family rather than wait for replacements. WELLLL.... We waited a few months to order again to let them get it together, and when we called, our number had mysteriously been "purged from the system after 30 days..." They would not honor our credit so we essentially lost $35. The "new" manager would not do anything to rectify it. I even knew the name of the old managet that issues the credit as I had written it down. I was informed "she was no longer with the company and since she couldn't verify the credit with the person that took the order, I was just completely out of luck..." "Sam" was very short and rude and ended up hanging up on me...

Read moreI ordered the Book It deal. 2 large 1 topping pizzas and an order of breadsticks. I changed my order of breadsticks to a double order. I opted for delivery. They deliver through door dash. I received 1 large pepperoni pizza, a double order of breadsticks and a single order of breadsticks. My other large pizza was replaced with a single order of breadsticks. I called to report the issue… the employee I talked with was extremely rude and insisted I take it up with door dash. I asked if the dashers come to the back and collect the orders or if they are handed the orders to deliver… he says they hand the orders to the dashers… so how is it the dashers fault my order was wrong? This guy says they can’t do anything because they have no record of my order… IT WAS AN ONLINE ORDER! I have proof and receipts. He continued to argue and insist there is nothing they can do. Read moreI ordered the big box deal with a pasta. Cheese sticks. A pizza with Canadian bacon. And a pizza with chicken and buffalo drizzle. We got the food and the chicken pizza obviously had a black sauce on it. Giving them the benefit of doubt I tried the sauce, just as I suspected balsamic sauce. I called the store and stated the sauce was wrong and if we could get a new pizza. the representative then stated "well did you try it because they are both the same color" I just laughed and said yeah it's sweet. They brought out our new pizza in 20 min which was awesome. And the sauce was a bright orange as I expected. So maybe he's color blind? All in all after we got our food the right way it was...
