Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brandon

Been here twice, hoping the first time I had subpar service it was a fluke. Unfortunately it's consistent with this team. Waited 40+ minutes for an iced coffee regular. On return the wait was slightly better, only 12 minutes.

The staff are untrained and don't follow any corporate dunkin protocol. Nobody building orders and then announcing completed order numbers, instead employees make items then just shout and drop them individually leading to customers unsure of weather the large coffee that just dropped belongs to them or someone else. Online orders are also placed on the counter piece by piece rather than grouped by order and placed in the pink mobile orders tray where customers can take them from. Could be a highly profitable location if you replaced the manager and actually followed the training you are supposed to follow. Feel bad for the girl working oven/drive through, seems to be the only one who does her work correctly without skipping steps and...

They forgot my creamer in my coffee that I had already drank from, I asked them to just put the creamer in a small cup and I would add it, they ended up grabbing a manager, who was extremely rude and insisted on just taking back my coffee, but I had already drank off it (which is gross) she was being extremely disrespectful and would not give me my creamer or remake my coffee, Mind you I did not want my coffee remade, I wanted just the creamer that I had paid for (I even paid for extra oat milk). Every other Dunkin I have attended has been able to give me my creamer in a small cup if a mistake was made and I had already drank off the cup (I could have some contagious disease, and I am not going to hand someone my cup who is not wearing gloves, why would you want to handle someone else’s saliva). This Dunkin is the worst DD in the state! To start, every time I have gone to this location the wait is at least 20 minutes. Even when I’m the only person in the drive-thu! They’re constantly getting the orders wrong. Most of the staff are miserable with the exception of one or two of them. Today my family and I went to get breakfast and this will be the last time we ever spend money there. We ordered two refreshers and a loaded hash brown. Both drinks were wrong and when I went to eat the loaded hash brown it was insulting. No bacon and just a drop of cheese on the side of the bowl!
