If you passing through especially at night don’t stop here: The lady was so rude i clearly asked for a combo loud as day and let’s be clear I have never been to a subway with a drive through so I was completely confused. I was looking at a half put together menu and the lady was mad cause i couldn’t understand what she was saying over the speaker, so when she started to get rude i started laughing. Then when i got to the window she started screaming at me mind you i was only there cause i haven’t ate all day and was really craving a sandwich to only be met with hostility then when I realized my chips wasn’t in my bag she say she asked me which one i wanted then said she didn’t give it to me cause I didn’t say which one i wanted. In my mind i was like why she just didn’t ask me at the window. It wasn’t no one there but me the experience was truly unnecessary. She made my entire experience with the store unpleasant. And it was my first time going there. It was literally new to me. And I was treated like an unwanted guest. It was the Indian(I think) lady she foreign but she has black (dark hair) hair and she is very rude and don’t have good customer service skills. I work in customer service and I don’t ever treat my customers the way she treated me. A few weeks ago, I went through their drive thru with my daughter, we usually eat there once or twice a month when I have her. We got our usual sandwiches.
When we got home we discovered that my sandwich had no meat, so I called back. I was told my name would be written down for a replacement sandwich. As I work in the food service industry I thought this was good customer service.
I just went through trying to get my sandwich and was told I'm not getting it. So I was LIED to. My name was never written down and that location never had any intention in correcting the mistake they made. Since I didn't come back the next day or next few days, I was denied my replacement sandwich.
So this location only believes in correcting a mistake if it's done on their timetable.
The customer service book at my establishment has no time restrictions, except that we're closed every Sunday.

Read moreI ordered a turkey spinach wrap with the meat and cheese heated, at the drive thru. When I left and opened the bag, I received a small than usual, plain, white wrap that was cold and had not been heated. For $10 this wrap was about half the size of usual spinach wrap. I called the restaurant and spoke to the lady that prepared it. She said that they were out of spinach wraps and that don’t heat the meat and cheese. I asked her why she didn’t tell me that when I ordered to which she had no answer. I feel duped and scammed! She offered no kind of compensation for my trouble, accept to say bring the wrap back and we’ll make you a new one. Why would I drive all the way back to Subway just get the same, “we don’t have spinach wraps and we don’t heat the meat?” This restaurant is giving you smaller than usual portion sizes and giving you what they want you to have, instead of what you ordered and taking your money for it....
