My family and I frequently order from Miller's and have done so since the pandemic. But I have noticed an extreme decline in customer service, especially with takeout orders. I usually order curbside. Since business has picked up as the pandemic continues to be further in the past, I noticed the automatic option started to be pick up. Today, I wasn't feeling that great and ordered curbside. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:42 p.m. I arrived at 7:56 p.m. with tip in hand. I waited until 8:00 p.m. after checking in and no one brought my order out. Finally, at 8:05, I went into the restaurant to see my order sitting on a shelf ready to go and the wait staff casually walking around. Another person had just exited with his order one minute before I walked in so I know they were aware a vehicle was out there. Their pickup counter faces the curbside parking area. It's okay though. The tip I had in my hand waiting in the car stayed right with the car when I walked in to pick up my food. Yes, in these times, we should try to be kind to service staff and give extra when it is earned. I do not tip just tip. You chose service work, I did not. I will definitely share my feelings on the customer feedback form and with the manager when I speak with them. In general, there's just a level of inconsiderate behavior in our society. Sad. Read moreWe came in to watch the game. I used to love this place and haven’t been in so long. Our simple order was taking forever, while we watched it sit in the window with staff after staff walking by it and not checking to run it to the table. We tried again with ordering wings- I watched an order of wings come and the waitress grab them, touch them with her dirty finger to test the temperature and lick her finger. So when our wings came up and sat for at least 10 min, the waitress picked them up, smelled them and put them back down. Finally, after we told the bartender to cancel them she realized they were sitting there. She did do the right thing and comp the wings that tasted like they were cooked in week old grease.
I tried to give the bartender the benefit of the doubt as the bar was full-ish and she was alone- despite multiple staff wandering around (I blame this on poor management). She walked by us so many times and never stopped to see what else we needed to drink despite seeing empty glasses.
Finally she walked by, told us she will be right back- but instead of coming back she printed the check. We would have ordered more to drink, but clearly she was ready for us to leave.
Oh- and the last thing was my husband in the men’s bathroom and two male staff coming in laughing at their coworker taking a dump and actually started wrestling!...
Read moreThe kitchen and the serving staff are disorganized. Our food took over an hour to get and once we got it, it was all wrong. Our waitress failed to check in with us to at least make sure we were good on refills and when we asked it seemed she to be frustrated with our table especially when we asked for an update on our food. She stated that it was coming out shortly but after saying that to our table, we waited another 30 minutes. The food came out and it was wrong. Another waitress came out and tried to set a plate down that we didn't order which added to my frustration to my experience there as well as seeing other tables sitting down after my group did and seeing them get their orders first added with the fact that their group was larger. Once the food was finally corrected, it was decent only because we were hungry and waited for quite a while. I hope the Management of this location sees this review and takes the time to sit their wait staff and kitchen staff to get organized and revamped. I encourage anyone to go here and see for yourself, maybe this was an off night for this staff but looking around, it seems no one knew what they were doing and just stading around waiting for...
