Gamers’ Command — Local services in Brandon

My wife and I made our first visit to Gamers’ Command this past weekend, and it was a really great experience. We are avid gamers and enjoy checking out local shops with most lacking general friendly customer service. Well, I am very happy to say that at GC, the hospitality was phenomenal. The person behind the counter (cannot recall their name) was super friendly, and didn’t mind at us asking some questions towards what they offer, and the types of events they hold at their venue. They were also very welcoming to us taking a photo of their really cool D&D gaming space, as we have some friends that play D&D and we thought our friends should see how cool the space was. As many of you know Tampa and the surrounding areas in Florida suffered horribly under Hurricane Milton leaving millions without power and without homes. Gamer's Command opened up their store on Friday to any and all without power, AC, or somewhere to stay. They offered up outlets and safe place to gather and have fun to let us forget for a moment the problems we are facing. They don't have tournaments for pokemon at the moment but they said if I could get me and some buddies over there they'll start them right up again.
