Firehouse Subs Brandon — Restaurant in Florida

UPDATE: I wanted to provide an update in regards to my experience. I had went back up there after work to be reimbursed for the inaccuracy of my order and not only did they refund me but they also provided a voucher for a free sub for my next visit. I want to thank the supervisor Raymond for his sincerity and understanding in regards to my experience and for at least trying to do right by what had occurred. I have re-edited this from 1 star to 4 stars.

I arrive at this restaurant at around 12:15 PM EST, and ordered a Hero sub for $10.48 total. I gave them my name (Joseph) and I told them that I only wanted Mayo and A1 steak sauce. So 15 minutes goes by and as I'm watching people come and go, I notice that almost 20 minutes goes by so I approach the front counter and inquire about the status of my order. It turns out they had completed the order over 5 minutes ago and never announced to me that my order was ready to go. (They apparently got my name incorrect even though I had told them what my name is more than once at the beginning of my order) so feeling a little bit frustrated because I'll be returning late from my lunch break because of this oversight, I return to work, open the sandwich only to find that they completely got my order wrong, with everything on it. I asked for a Hero sub with only Mayo and A1 steak sauce and I got something completely different with all the condiments on it. I am unable to eat this sub at all as it is. I did contact the location to advise them of this and my choices are to come back with my receipt to be either reimbursed or receive the correct sub that I originally ordered. Unfortunately, my feelings of a little bit of frustration has increased by a lot, so much so that if I could give less than 1 star for this I would greatly consider it. This establishment wasn't that busy to begin with either. So I'm sitting here hungry with an uneatable sub....

Still the worst Firehouse sub I ever been to. I hate that this is the one closest to me. It's just horrible. I went back yesterday after my movie. I go inside after placin an order online 12 minutes before. I was not greeted, I stood right at the counter in front of two employees and no one even asked what I needed for about 5 minutes. This lady even came from the back room and didn't even ask if I've been help. When the guy finally does ask, I give him my name, and there's my order just sitting there. Had been sitting there the whole time. Just ridiculous. That's not even the worse part. I ordered 2 sandwiches. One for dinner, the second a large sandwich for my first break and lunch today. Well I specifically ordered my large sandwich without cheese because I can't eat cheese, and guess what I find when I go to eat my sandwich today, a whole lot of cheese. This place is just horrible, if the employees are playing around talking while all the customers wait, they just ignore you and mess your order up. If firehouse was smart, they would take their name off the building. It's just going to ruin their name. They don't care about anything here. Sucks because I really enjoy firehouse subs, I just hate this place.

Had the worst sandwich ever on Wednesday night. Got the Club on a sub. Looks like someone chewed up all the meat first , then put it on my sandwich. Very poor quality. Went to this Firehouse subs after not being at one after 25 years. The one in Virginia Beach back in the day used to pack out cuz it was also a bar. Subs were great very meaty very full open ingredients really good back then. When we got there he was told the guy had been 25 years or more when he said I hope they're just as good now. Well they weren't very limited on the meat actually we had to hunt for the meat through the lettuce and tomato which also was a very much. Very light on the meats really couldn't taste the meat Good taste of lettuce and tomato and onion. They have raised their prices and limited their ingredients which a lot of companies are doing. Which is Americans screwing over Americans. Kay Jewelers on taste cuz it wasn't much there to taste except the lettuce and tomato and onion. My son is even special needs adults and he also noticed that they were very light on the stuff and we're not the best subs. We have gotten much better subs from Subway and Wawa. They give you much more on their subs meet and other ingredients period we now have another chance to go to this Firehouse subs or to buy one get one free coupon but I don't believe we're going to use it because even buy one get one free if the sub isn't made right or loaded with ingredients like it should be we're still...
