I put my mobile order in at 1:17 and didn’t receive my order til 1:56. I waited at the store in the lobby for over 30 minutes. I saw the manager on duty telling the employees not to work on my order. She told them she was fixing it. She made part of the order and then walked away. Several people came and went before I got my food. When I finally got it, the biscuits were missing, the sauce was missing, there were no utensils or napkins, and the wings made wrong. The wings were supposed to have the sauce in the side. We had to go in three times to fix everything. The manager then blamed a new employee who had only been there three days. This manager has purposely messed up several of my orders, and is always very rude and disrespectful to me and my wife when we come in. The employees were also confused about why the order was taking so long when everything was ready. The manager had a very bad attitude about having to fix the order. She then tried to tell me it wasn’t made wrong, I ordered it wrong. I even went back and checked, I had ordered it correctly. She is very unprofessional, and the way she tries to throw a new employee under the bus was unacceptable. I have never had a problem when she isn’t there. The food is way better at this location, which is why I keep coming back. But if her behavior continues I won’t be. She don’t want to give me a refund and told me to just go in the app. From the other reviews I’ve read, it is clear she is homophobic. She doesn’t like me and my wife and makes sure to either mess up the order or make sure something goes wrong for us. We DoorDash on the side and she has refused to let us pick up orders at times. We made a comment about it to the GM and since then her behavior towards us has been very hostile and unwelcoming. I’m not sure how she is still a manager here but at this point I wouldn’t recommend coming in just in case she’s there.

My wife went awhile back after ordering online and the guy said that he couldn’t fulfill the order because everybody was clocked out and it was still 30 minutes left before closing. He told her oh well and that she would have to get the refund through the app. The other night we ordered online again and we sat outside for over an hour waiting on our food after the manager told us it would only be 10 minutes for our food. We ordered a 10 piece with two sides. It was absolutely ridiculous. People were parked all over the parking lot waiting for their orders. By the time we got our food, it was cold and not worth eating. Last night was the exact same thing but worse. We waited for another hour after the lady said it would only be 10 minutes. Finally my wife decided to walk inside to see what was going on. When she did, the manager stated that our cook walked out the kitchen. As I stated before it had already been an hour. They were just sitting inside looking around and hadn’t even tried to make our order. They never advised us that the cook had left or that it would take longer than expected or anything. We just sat there. We left there with nothing to show for our wait and were left with the manager telling us that we had to report to the app to get our refund. We waited in the lobby for 13 minutes, in line with 9 other people (and steadily growing) and not one order was taken from us. We watched car after car leave the drive through. We decided to leave. How wants ridiculously SLLLLOOOOW fast food? So as we were leaving, there was only person in the drive through. So I pulled right up and attempted to order. The speaker squealed very loudly in my face the whole time. I couldn't understand the person screaming at me. And 90%+ of the signs lights were out. If I had not just spent 13 minutes (completely ignored) staring at the menu waiting to be helped, I would not have been able to order because you can't see 3/4 of the menu in their non-lit parking lot. Then I was told to pull up into a parking place with the other 5 people waiting. 5 minutes later, a lady came and asked me what we ordered. Really?!? Then asked what our drinks were. We didn't order drinks, I said. "I'm going to give them to you" so I told her a drink. 5+ more minutes later, our food comes out (WRONG) and no drinks, shocker. $17 for 2 meals without drinks, incorrect order and a 25+ minute wait for food. It will NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS POORLY RUN PLACE filled with people who can't get 2 very simple orders correct nor incorrect in an acceptable amount of time. I wish I had demanded my money back when my order was wrong. It's not worth the time to make them fix it....
