I’ve been coming a lot lately so I have some new opinions of the place.

The food is great overall but service over the phone, taking orders, and in-person friendliness is mediocre at best. That doesn’t apply to every person, just a few. They’re barely audible on the phone, and it’s not a connection problem, it’s extremely loud in the background on their end and they mumble. I was placed on hold for 5min one day til I hung up, called back, and then my order was taken right away (???). They’ve also gotten my order incorrectly a couple times. And one time I called a bit later in the day at 6:40, close to their closing time at 7pm. And I get it, it’s the end of the day and they all wanna leave… Ive been there before and I truly get it… but the first thing the girl says to me is “we close in 5 minutes but okay what do you want.” They didn’t close in 5min, and if they have a policy that they stop taking orders 15min before close, just tell me you’re not taking any more orders! Or another option would be to not answer the phone. Also, if I wasn’t calling to order a cold chicken salad wrap that basically just required slabbing premade chicken salad onto a wrap with slices of cheese and lettuce, I wouldn’t have called to put in an order in the first place. I’m not trying to be that customer. But I come here pretty much daily, and to say that to me was just off-putting. If you can’t take any orders, just say so, don’t make the customer feel bad for giving you another order for the day, especially since it was made in 5 minutes (it WAS delicious so thanks for that!)

Also please don’t use spoiled avocados on your #16… it’s happened a lot, they were black in color and tasted...

I actually come here a lot and enjoy the food for the most part but today was truly bizarre. I made the same order I usually do and requested extra marinara and said I’m fine with paying extra. This is where it gets weird. They gave me a very small container and charged me $5.00... it would seem extra even under normal circumstances but I go there all the time and get a much larger one for $5.00 or even free. When I asked the girl at the counter about the extreme price she just said she didn’t make the price. I asked how much for the larger size because I usually get that for the same price but no answers. I shouldn’t have to guess what something is going to cost on any given day. I won’t...

Food is great; however, calling to place orders? A nightmare. Was hung up on 3 times, and then my cousin tried calling and was immediately hung up on without even a greeting. Extremely rude girl and seemed she didn’t want to be there. The first time I called, I asked for a BBQ chicken wrap, and got told “we’re out of grilled chicken”. I asked for chicken cutlet, was put on hold, and then disconnected. The same greeting each time, “what would you like?” No hello, & then a straight disconnect or a hold. . I had to end up going in person, an hour before close to place an order for 4 sandwiches. I guess lesson learned here; don’t call ahead?...
