Susan's work is absolutely beautiful and high quality. I had the chance to meet her at a craft fair in the Burlington, VT area. Not only was she wonderful to talk to, but her customer service was top notch. My mom found a tourmaline bracelet and separate tourmaline earrings she loved, and Susan offered on the spot to change out the earring setting from silver to gold so it would match the bracelet better.
