Branford Pizza — Restaurant in Branford

It took them an hour just to get my order correct, I kept being placed on hold cause they had too many callers and not enough people. They charged my card more than their brochure price quoted and then insisted that I add to my order cause the cashier didn't know how to do a refund to a credit card. After they delivered my pizza two women came back an hour later demanding money because they say my card didn't go through, after I showed them my online account and where the money was charged and authorized they left but called back and forth for the next 3 hours claiming they still hadn't gotten their $25 I even 3wayed my bank with them and they still are saying they didn't get the money. They expected me to use another card and pay again.... Outta there freakin mind...

The pizza itself was so thin it was ridiculous, I guess you pay for what you get. This has been the most unpleasant service I have...

I’ve had orders wrong in the past but i’ve given them chance after chance. I ordered over the phone, was called back to clarify the order. Picked it up, and it’s wrong. Step outside while waiting for my new order just to walk back into a worker talking about me. Claims it’s his first day here while he’s sitting at the table on his phone charging it. This place is very local to where I live but I will never give them my business back. If this order tonight wasn’t for multiple people, I wouldn’t even take the food. I decided to try this place out because Domino's didn't deliver to my hotel. It was absolutely disgusting. They gave me a timeframe for when it would be here, but they were late. I ordered a soda and the delivery person told me they didn't have it, so they brought me a different kind. They didn't call first and ask me if I would prefer a different drink or offer a refund. The pizza was cold and gross. The BBQ chicken wings that we were expecting turned out to be chicken tenders covered in bbq sauce. Everything was offered with Bleu cheese, which I thought was odd.
