I had the opportunity to meet Charles and I was instantly able to connect with him because of the passion we both have for our respective businesses. He takes customer service very seriously. I had purchased a watch and a pendant that are both spectacular. I went to have a few watch batteries replaced with the expectation to fully pay for the service however, Charles performed the service at no charge given I purchased a few unique pieces from his jewelry shop. I want to thank Alyssa from the Brandford Jewelers for her excellent job. I lived in Ballston Lake NY and need it to fix a charm that is very important to me. Couldn’t find anybody. I call my son which he has the same one and broke the same way. I ask For Brandford Jewelers phone number and Alyssa answered She explain everything and I send her the charm. She called me right a way the minute she got it (06/21/2019). Yesterday I got a call from her that the charm was fixed and she’s was sending it back to me. My fiancé and I shopped for a year to find the engagement ring that I wanted. Other stores were overpriced, pushy, and limited selection. We entered Branford Jewelers in May 2020 with a welcoming staff that was knowledgeable and reasonable. The staff asked us questions about style and pricing. As I described my dream ring, Charlie took out a ring and as soon as I saw it I knew that was the ring I always wanted. Charlie was reasonable and flexible with the with payment plan.
