Last night I placed an order for pizza from your Branson West location. When I arrived I was told the kitchen was closed due to staffing as there was only one person in the kitchen. As I arrived, one pizza order was walking out the door and there was another waiting in the back to be picked up. After being told it was closed and they couldn't fulfill my order I asked about a refund. They could not figure out how to refund my money and said I would have to come back the next day and talk with Jessica. When I called today and spoke with her, I was given the option of my order being filled at a later date "for free" or she could call the credit department and get a refund. Considering I was left with no option but picking up take and bake pizza from Wal-Mart as there was no other option at that time of day and getting no refund at the time, saying she would give me my order at a later date "for free" did not sit well with me. Free would be, here's your refund and a certificate for an actual free order at a later date. To make matters more irritating, I was in Branson at the time I placed the order and could have gone to that location to pick up a pizza as it would have been a minimal time difference for me. Read moreAfter traveling a long distance to get to the Branson area, I needed gas so in my past experience Casey’s has always been a good stop We pulled up to one pump and the window washer container was dry and had trash in it as the trash cans were full too We pulled around to another pump assuming the window washer had cleaning fluid. It didn’t have fluid but plenty of trash I went inside to ask if someone could fill container as my windows needed washed I waited in line as 3 customers were ahead of me when I arrived at the checkout, I was told they didn’t do that anymore I replied then why do you have the squeeges in the containers ? She replied just a minute and I’ll check for you, She proceeded to check two more customers out and then went and checked. She returned and said she was the only one at the checkout and was responsible for everything but would come out and fill it when she could. I asked what they filled it with as I would be happy to fill one She said they had to mix it up in the back with a tablet but she would as soon as she could. They do not care about customers and they are always running out of gas and still take your money and make you wait for a refund and I was out of gas going to work and took all my money off my card so I had to call in to work and lost alot of hours because of them and try and talk to someone who just hangs up on you very rudely. Shouldn't be in customer service at all and they need to stop screwing people over.. To top it off after I made this review I get told how many points I earned for it and get asked to enter for a chance to win $50 on a drawing what a joke that was!!! I entered your establishment and paid for goods I never received why would I want to enter anything else from Casey's? Plus even then I still was never given a refund or anything. I think for the frustration and having to miss work and 36 hours later I still haven't received my money back after being told it would only take a few hours plus being hung up on with attitudes why don't you just give me that $50 shouldn't have to enter...
