Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Branson West

Just went Sonic in Branson West and and my Mom ordered a cheeseburger , fries, and a choclate milkshake u ordered a chicken sandwich onion rings and a cherry bannana malt and also ordered a small popcorn chicken nuggets for our dogs. Was really hoping for a Great experience with all the about Sonic.And what an experience it was. The meat on the burger was less than desirable, not enough source , the French fries were dry and tasteless, the chicken sandwich was pathetic the bun and the chicken seemed old and even dry and hard with no source either.The onion rings were overdone and greasy. Both milkshakes seemed like a thick whipped type of chemical induced slop were pleasing to the eye but not sure there was any kinda ice cream in.And last but not least the popcorn chicken we got for our pooches even went untouched once they tried the first one. Now you know when the dogs won't even eat there's a problem. Almost asked for our money back but didn't want to be rude just wanted to get outta there.Never to return! Not to mention when you roll down the window there's a wretched smell of something dead coming from the parking lot or surrounding area somewhere! Needless to say the service was the only good thing about the place and considering the fact they made all of everything larges instead of smalls like we asked for it wasn't all that hot either! Sorry to be so harsh guys but the truth is the truth and this is the second time I've had horrible food there , so it is what it is.Waste of 25 dollars for sure. Anyways that's all! 229 sara chk 262 tray dt2 total 25.55 the girl didnt smile,, tried to hand me drinks and card against drink then goes you dropped your card,(of course i never seen card) sighed when i asked for a cup holder for 3 drinks and then shoved my bag at me as she said here. when i pulled forward to ask the wait girl for a manager she leaned out window 3 times going what did you say, and excuse me. when did a rude teenager take precedence over a customers experience? when did it matter what a customer says to the manager? maybe the guest in her window shouldve been attended to. the kyler manager kid didnt apologize or say anything. he just looked back at the girl leaning out of dt window and laugh at me. we paid with a card and my receipt says change 45cents, when my bank statement comes in it better be for the amount of receipt. when i asked when store manager would be in they just said he wasnt in but wouldnt give me day...

The Branson West Sonic was doing really well at first when I started going there 4 months ago to help my daughter work on her new house. today, I stopped an order the new smash burger and drink as I'm sitting and waiting for my food. 4 other cars showed up after I ordered, and they ordered food and received their food, and they enjoyed their meals. After 20 minutes of waiting, I had to stop a car hop and ask where my order was. Her reply was that they were really busy and I needed to be patient. I said I've been patiently waiting for 20 minutes and got to watch other people enjoying their food. 5 minutes later, she comes out with my burger that is cold, and the box soggy from grease. I wasn't really happy with out come and the response from the car hop I didn't want to wait anymore. The meal was gross. I ordered it without secret sauce, but that didn't happen......
