Waffle House — Restaurant in Braselton

I'm a truck driver, So sometimes I have to eat on a go. I stopped in to this waffle house to pick up a quick meal. I ordered one waffle and some scrambled eggs. Which was simple the waitress that took my order even said the same. The order came up to $9 even and I gave her a $3 tip for a take out order. Fair enough right, small order decent tip should be a breeze right... WRONG. I walked over to the store to kill sometime when it came back I figured my food will be done. However it wasn't It took 25 minutes to make a waffle and some scrambled eggs. Now I know they were busy before I walked in but they was moving pretty fast. So I expected a tiny wait but not 25 minutes, but when a white couple and their children walked in and was seated by the same waitress that took my order and they received their meal within 10 minutes an also before I got MY waffle and scrambled eggs. Not wanting to pull that RACE CARD but a Cow is a Cow and I felt some type of way about...

Going through chemo and was really wanting hash browns, and only from a Georgia waffle house. My food was delivered incorrect, I asked for cheese to be put on and they took it back and slapped a cold piece of cheese on it and brought it back. I told them no it needed to be melted and they brought it back but even half melted. I was so upset because we were only here because of me and I could not even get a hot meal cooked correctly. My sandwich was cold by this time and still did not have the correct hashbrowns. I told them to just keep it. The whole time the lady cook was awful I could hear her and it made the situation worse. I have family near this location, I will not return. The server was amazing though, the only good thing...

We had breakfast there this morning and not one person was wearing their mask properly. Fifty percent of the staff had the mask on, but it was seated well below their nose. Twenty five percent of the staff had the mask on their chin and the other twenty five percent weren’t wearing a mask at all. It was obviously very concerning on many levels. First, why weren’t the employees following the rules. Secondly, where were the managers and lastly is anyone paying attention via the surveillance cameras that are in the restaurant. I mean Waffle House is a huge chain so why aren’t their restaurants doing their part to keep the customers...
