I want to give a special shoutout to whoever was working at around 9:30pm today on June 26th. I was having an already really terrible day. And from the get go. In the middle of me ordering you interrupted me to tell me we were out of beef. OK, that’s fine right? Despite your tone I shake it off like I get it we have bad days sometimes. Hell I was having a bad day so I tell you I have an online order and give you my name. You proceed to then ask me “well then what’s on the order”. I tell you what’s on the order. A bacon double cheeseburger, a medium fry, and an ice cream cone. You interrupt me again and go “well I told you we don’t have beef I CANT make you that”. He doesn’t offer any substitutions. I ask if he can substitute it with something else. “I Can give you like a chicken jr.” I say that’s fine. As I’m about to drive away he goes “Oh and we’re also out of ice cream.” I have to ask for a substitute again. “I Can give you a cookie.”. This entire ordeal in and of itself wouldn’t have been an issue if it wasn’t for the way you kept interrupting me and spoke to me in the most monotonous/rude and uncaring tone I have ever heard. And also didn’t offer any help…at all. On top of quizzing me on my order and the way you sounded like I was inconveniencing you when I asked for substitutions. If you don’t like to help people or hate your job.. Just quit. Seriously, Don’t take it out on your customers or honestly anyone for that matter. Overall I’m honestly just really disappointed with my experience here esp since I’m from the area. All my other experiences have been nice. She brought her two kids through the drive thru here with me Saturday afternoon and never received the debit card back or a reciept. This location is about a 30 minute drive from my home, which is where we realized she was not given these items. When I called to inquire about this issue, there was not an apology and instead I was given a very sour attitude by the manager, Lisa. At first I was only relieved to discover where the card was but when I confronted the manager about the issue at hand (not receiving my card back or a reciept), I was given a terrible attitude. She did not want to take any responsibility or even acknowledge what was wrong. She did not lead the conversation by offering ANY kind of service for the troubles of traveling back there and for the card. Instead, she made smart comments how her employees cannot drive to us to deliver the card. Also making a remark that I was the one that forgot my card. Ultimately, this manager who should be leading a team by example hung up on me. I decided to drive over there immediately and was put in a very uncomfortable situation where all the employees were just staring at me and the manager refused any compensatory service for a problem that their employee created. Read moreI have never wrote a bad review. Let me tell you I went in and 8 to 9 employees having some meeting at the register so you can’t even order. It was 3:30 and only 1 lady was in. Of course she couldn’t get helped either. I was in a crazy hurry and what should have taken 4 Minutes took about 17 minutes. Yes I timed it. I never eat fast food . My husband refuses . I figured just grab a whopper junior and fries for 5 bucks and then I can eat since I have not eaten in over 30 hours. I get in as I run out as fast as I can because now I am really late and the burger was colder than the tomato and the fries I thought were fresh were old and cold. I am so so upset at this. All these employees there and it’s more important to talk about a girl they may hire but she won’t be a good fit and she has car problems and allot of other problems. Why in the heck are yall all talking about that in front of me and the only other lady not getting g served. One nice lady finally jumped in and helped because I was coming unhinged.
