Amazing New Café with Stellar Service and Delicious Food

I recently visited Echo Rise and Shine, a new café that had its grand opening about a month ago, and I was thoroughly impressed.

I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. The food was nothing short of amazing. I ordered the buffalo wrap with a side of truffle fries, and every bite was packed with flavor. The wrap had the perfect balance of spice and tenderness, while the truffle fries were crispy, well-seasoned, and simply addictive.

Great food, price and fantastic service. We’ve been here a few times for breakfast or lunch and can’t recommend it enough. This past visit I ordered a chopped cheese sandwich and forgot to mention I have a tomato allergy, they made it without tomatoes but the special sauce has ketchup in it. Erin had the kitchen remake it for me. Was not expecting this, since it was my fault I forgot to mention the allergy. We were looking forward to going here, but we were disappointed. It was hot and stuffy inside. Ordering was confusing. But,the young person behind the counter was friendly and professional. The seating/tables is cramped and awkward. Breakfast was served on plastic plates with ketchup packets. Eggs were good. The potatoes were frozen tater-tot style -- not what I expect at a restaurant. Limited choices of toast, and bread was soggy. Overall a disappointment and we won't be going back. Perhaps our expectations were high because it has the Echo...
