This McDonalds always gets our orders wrong, and even if its just 2 big mac combo meals.. they make us park and wait 15+ minutes on weekends. By the time we get our food, it's soaked in grease through the bag, and cold. Better yet, on one occasion we waited for 35+ minutes and their employee came out and tried to give us someone else's order FOUR TIMES. The couple in the car next to us rolled down their window and told us they were having a similar experience (an employee kept trying to give them someone elses order) and complained about the quality going downhill here. One of us had to go in, where they gave us our cold food. Because of this, I reached out to McDonald's corporate, who profusely apologized and directed me to email the franchise manager. I sent 2 emails and the franchise owner never responded, even with my phone number included. I followed up with corporate and they apologized again as they said unfortunately, the franchise owner has to respond and make it right. I didn't even reach out for freebies or a refund, I just wanted someone to know how horrible the customer service has been and the food quality was. This owner clearly don't care about the quality of their service, or food quality. The only reason they got 2 stars is it usually is a clean location. Just a shame the owner does not care. Read moreToday I had placed my order through the app. When I arrived there was only 1 car in the drive thru and they were already at the food pickup window so I chose to try the drive thru instead of curbside. I went to the left and waited a little before saying "Hello?" she responded curtly "Just a minute" I said "OK." Someone pulled up to the right and a guy took their order right away, then another person... same thing. So I backed up and went to curbside and checked in. It took her a very long time to bring me my order and when she came out she could hardly hold my 2 drinks and bag of food, in fact she almost dropped them while handing them to me. Luckily I caught the soda or it would have dumped on the side of my car and inside the door and on myself. She should've used a drink carrier. This is the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's using the app. The lady that was supposed to take my order at the drive thru needs to be retrained. She didn't greet me, she didn't respond kindly, and she was way too slow to take my order... never even heard back from her after 2 going on 3 other people where assisted from the other line. Read moreThis place is the worst my family and I went on 01/28/18 at 11: 07pm and we ordered food we ordered a decaf coffee, kids meal, 20 nuggets, big Mac, and a delax breakfastwe waited like 10min for our food. Then we checked and we needed the orange fanta drink and we told them but they brought orange juice instead, and the forgot the happy meal. We we got home we found out that the food was kinda cool there was no bacon or butter for pancakes. Also the coffee was not decaf and there was no cream or sugar in the coffee. We got no recite for evidence, and we payed with personal card and they did not ask for ID when they are suppose to. We are really disappointed in this because we thought that this McDonald's was the best and it is not never go eat here they are the worst and sadly we where not able to give then 0 stars when they deserve negative stars. The only reason we like to buy here because they donate money to kids with cancer and my mom likes that because we have a baby brother who is fighting cancer.
