I’m extremely picky with my coffee and Bayou Barista is one of the best I’ve been to from Louisiana to New Mexico. Extremely nice staff, simple but delicious food choices, fast service, and convenient setup. We may be using their beans/k cups for our office soon. My guys in the field have been loving their coffee. My go to in the morning is a hot/iced Cortado with their breakfast biscuit (stuffed biscuit so nothing falls out...

The smell was amazing and I had plenty of time to smell it, waiting about 20 min in the line. That is inconvenient, but I get it. What is frustrating is finally getting to the window only to find out THEN that they don't offer anything at all on the menu in decaf. I realize it's a small business and it might not be cost effective to carry decaf, but please post that somewhere so no one has to waste that much time...

Top of the line customer service, Amazing food and treats! The coffee is the best around Acadiana! The owners are fabulous and friendly! It being a drive thru makes it even better and convenient! My two favorite drinks are : The Brown Sissy (brown sugar shaken espresso) The strawberry lemonade
